Just came on a whim to do some browsing and was impressed with the variety of furniture they have here, along what seems to be fairly competitive pricing on most goods. I also liked that the salespeople didn't hover over me while I was looking like they do at some other stores; the guy who talked to me did check in on me a few times but never was pushy, which I appreciated. They also seemed to have a good choice of things designed and built in the USA.

James was my sales person. He was not pushy like most so I appreciated that. So far I am pleased with the love seat and recliner, the two with tags. Had it delivered, there was a small issue there but it all worked out. I definitely would use Hanks Fine Furniture again. This was in the Mobile, AL store.

Tim Moody and I purchased a new couch and now have it in our home. Jeff Jennings was our salesman. He is one of the best salesman’s we have encountered. He was very nice, listened to what we wanted and needed, very knowledgeable of the product, and gave us the right amount of attention without hovering. He even offered tips on removing the feet so we could easily move the couch through our door. We went to 3 other stores that day and returned to Hanks to make our purchase.

An amazing visit with Jeff's attention to our specific interests. He nor anyone else "followed" us around which was extremely different experience for us at other furniture stores. All staff members that came near us in passing greeted us; asked if we had any questions. We are remodeling and found EXACTLY the set that fits us. Jeff quickly added that he would hold our set until our remodeling was completed then would arrange delivery. Such a relaxing and comfortable experience with our shopping and decision on our purchase. Thank You Jeff, you made our day! We can't wait to get our remodeling completed

My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Webb when we visited the Pensacola location. He was very attentive to our needs, and he was very informative about the details of the sofas we were considering. He was not pushy, but eager to help us as we searched for the right sofa for our home. Once we decided on a sofa, he took us to the service desk where we paid for the sofa. All in all, Mr. Webb was professional and considerate of our needs. Highly recommend this business.

I am extremely disappointed with Hank's Furniture. I was searching for a particular sideboard for a while and found on their website they had the exact one I wanted and in the same state. I called this location and received great service from a salesman who opened the item that was there in a box still. He sent me pictures and I approved the sale so I then had to speak to the charging department. This is when no one would call me or even take my calls each time I called. Since I didn't get a response for over a week I found I could just make the purchase from them in their online store. The transaction processed and all I received was an email letting me know the item is not in stock and they will let me know when it is. Knowing there is a piece at the Pensacola store I have been calling the online department for over 2 weeks and have left countless messages to at least speak to a live person and I won't even get the respect of a call back. I did contact this store again hoping they could assist but the manager would not speak to me. I don't understand if I am a paying customer why I can't just get answers if my money is already on their side and I have nothing not even the courtesy of a phone call.
