Pur company purchased a Moto from Otwells a couple years ago. We have used that machine hard druing that time. The maintence was way over due by our own fault and they did an aging job getting this machine back to running like new. Excellent service and very upfront on cost and service fantastic experience and we will definitely keep using them to keep our machine running. There were very quick to get us a quote and it was very accurate additional items needed to be fixed and they were very reasonable for the amount of work we needed done. We use our like a truck and it has been a great running machine!

My view is not of a regular business day but of Halloween night. That's probably even better because We got to see the employees while they are being themselves. I'm just going to say everyone was nice and fun to bee around. Even answered questions during a party. What a great group of people and we are looking forward to returning for our future bike needs. I bought a 2004 Honda Sabre from them. The staff was patient and friendly. I had a great sales experience. Less than a week after buying it it started having trouble charging the battery. I took the bike back to them the agreed to fix it for cost of parts ok no big deal. It took 3 weeks to get my bike back. Nobody every called me to tell what was going on I had to hound them daily for information they always promised to call me back and never did. Now. Sitting on the side of the road with the same problem. Never going back there again.

My wife and I came across Otwells looking for a Cfmoto zforce 950 sport online. Found they had one in stock and made the trip down to check it out. She had been looking for some time at them. Upon walking in the door at Otwells we were greeted by Jordan. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products he carries. Never once was pushing us to buy anything just answered any questions we had. We ended up not purchasing the unit that day as we wanted to talk about it and think over it. Week later we went back and purchased the unit. These folks are great! They have a passion for what they do and made our purchasing experience easy and enjoyable.
