I would give it 10 stars if I could. I live in California but follow barefoot gypsy on IG and always love love love their stuff. I decided to order a few things and I was shocked at how AWESOME their customer service was. Blown away. One of the dresses I ordered happened to be out of stock in that size and they immediately emailed me recommending another size assuring me it would fit beautifully but gave me the option to remove the item if I didn’t want it and would still offer me free shipping even though my order wouldn’t meet qualifying amount. I went with the recommendation And received my items today and it was ON POINT. They even included a few surprises that just made my entire day SO AWESOME. I will forever shop at this boutique. Thanks for such an awesome experience and exceptional customer service.

Cute, little shop in Villagio Perdido Town Centre! Tons of amazing hand-crafted items and adorable dresses all for a reasonable price. I did not think I'd be buying anything when I walked in, but I walked out with some cool stuff. This is definitely a stop for anyone visiting the area. Within walking distance of several condos!

BEWARE...DO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on August 20th that was for $130 worth of product. On September 6th I received an email stating that my shipment was on it's way. On September 24th, I sent an email asking them about my shipment. When I click on the tracking number, it says that the label has been created but the product has never actually been shipped. It is now September 30 and I still have not gotten a response to any of my emails and when I call the phone number listed on the Google My Business page and their website, it rings and rings and then disconnects. I have never experienced anything like this before and I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Barefoot Gypsy. Stealing money from your online customers is not a way to gain new business.

AMAZING,BEAUTIFUL soaps and lotions and bath accessories. I am so glad i stumbled on her add on Marketplace. I will be a LONG standing customer. Packaged so careful and a few xtras. Wish i could post pictures.
