Not sure why people are giving negative reviews for the clothes selling part. I understand they have to pick what will sell best and what is in good condition. There was quite a few people in front me in queue to get their stuff sorted. People were so friendly and efficient and fairly gave me an amount for what they took. Even if it was lower than what they offered I wouldn't be bothered, they are doing me a favor for taking the out grown clothes off my hands anyway. Thank you everyone! Will be back for sure.

I've been to several Once Upon A Child locations and although they do not take as much as others I find this one to pay the best. The key is to figure out what they need the most of. They get tons and tons of infant and toddler clothes so they do not accept as much of those items which means you can't expect to make a lot off of those. I've noticed they pay a decent amount for shoes in great condition. I've been atleast 5 times over the last 2 years and the employees have always been kind and helpful. I live far away so I make a day out of it with my kids and go to lunch and the mall while we wait.

Not a geat atmosphere I saw plenty of items with stains but they say they don’t buy anything with stains even if it’s a very small one. It feels like they they try to shove you out the door after you try to sell even tho most of the time it’s a dual trip their sizes are all messed up and some
Prices are a little high for used clothing but they have a lot of choices.

Disappointed today, took in a large bag of very lightly used clothing and they rejected most of it. Some things had only been worn once and were decent brands like Carter's and Old Navy. I've seen things for sale in here that were NOT gently used. So why are good condition clothes rejected? Makes no sense. I won't try to sell to once upon a child again, total waste of time. If you're looking for anything other than baby stuff, there's not much. Maybe that's why they rejected my clothing, because they weren't baby clothes? They even rejected great condition Christmas pajamas and shirts, right before the holidays. Very weird. They would have sold immediately. Good place for babies, not good for much else.

This place is the worst, I will never shop or sale there again. I took brand name clothes there some with tags on them such as Versace Kids. Burberry, Moschino and Ralph Lauren. The price they offered me was a joke. I told the young lady that I would be back to up pick the clothes and that I would not accept their prices. When I got there the young lady attempted to purchase the clothes from me and when I told her that I was there to pick up my items and didn't want to sell them , she and the older lady threw my clothes back into the my bags and handed me the bags very rudely. My friend was there with me and gave the younger lady a few words. This place is the worst and as I said before I will never shop or sell there again.

I saw the reviews, I haven’t tried to sell anything here. We came for the clearance sale and found tons of cute boys outfits. Prices weren’t bad. Came back a second time to get more clothes and found a water wrap for half of Amazons price.

Baby clothing is cute and sometimes worth the drive over to find. Often the prices are higher though than the clearance prices I shop at the original stores, so not my kind of deals, considering these clothes mostly are used.

Looking for 3T and above? Don't, unless you just like to spend time hunting through many cheap, old, and cheaply made brands they claim they don't buy from customers. You may find a treasure or two buried. Sometimes I do. Mostly I am disappointed in myself for trying one more time after being disappointed numerous times before. I might, as in very likely, gone on about my day, never posting a review, but when a customer asks why your store is selling things your website claims not to buy and refuses to buy new and very gently used name brand clothing because of a lack of room in their inventory, if no good answer can be given, fine. But attitude and dismissive responses is not how you make a buisness a place shoppers love to come shop. So. Maybe a bit of training is needed, to help your staff not just do their job but thrive in doing it. They will love working in a positive environment, and your customers too will love it and won't be inclined inclined avoid your shop, as this customer has actually, despite coupon offers and special deals.

Quality matters. So does attitude.
