Al’s wild Meat Processing is fantastic, while hunting in Texas, I took out a 266 pound female Wild boar. Called Al’s and dropped off 70lbs, and brother did they do it up right. Smoked jalapeño cheddar Snack sticks, sausage, Roast tied, all frozen labeled and vacuum packed. Amazing, Quick shout out to Al and Austin.

Al's is a 100% high quality game processing service. I dropped my wild hog off and they helped me decide how to cut and pack it. I picked up my hog today and got way more meat then expected. They don't waste a lot and they label and vac-seal every thing. Love the results and high quality service.

This place is amazing. They are friendly and customer oriented. They ask what you want and how you want it. I asked a couple questions on the different sausages and they explained each sausage. They were quick getting things done. Then when I picked it up it was ready and showed me my order and put it in the cooler. Paid and off I went. This is the second time I have used them. And I have been happy both times. And hopefully we will see them next year. Thanks for another great experience.

Al’s is the only place we will ever take our wild game. We’ve tried every flavor option they offer… it’s always consistent and absolutely delicious every single time. During the busy season, it may be a 2 week wait to get your meat back, but I can guarantee you it is well worth the wait and you can’t beat the price for the quality you get. The staff is always friendly and the drop off/pick-up process takes just a few minutes. If you’re new to Al’s, I highly recommend lthe Jalapeño Cheddar snack sticks… trust me, you’ll be hooked. 🙂

Hey y’all I’m not normally a person to leave reviews but I have to say Al and his team deserve it! 5/5 stars and I would give more if I could. I’ve taken many hogs here to get processed and everything comes out amazing, they’re very friendly and patient and I couldn’t recommend them more!!
