I recently drove from Miami to Naples and decided to stop by Winfield Coffee, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I’ve been to many coffee shops, and I had never been treated like that before. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor, and the staff showed little interest in helping. I ordered a cappuccino, but what I received wasn’t even close to one. It lacked enough milk and foam, and tasted more like an espresso. When I brought it up, the staff—who clearly didn’t know what they were doing—insisted that it was the “normal size” and “standard” for their cappuccinos. However, this was nothing like the drinks shown on their social media or in reviews. On top of that, they charged $6 for this half-filled cup. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

A cute boutique-liked coffee shop.
Great ambience and excellent service. Gourmet coffee, Chai tea. pastries, and breakfast. The quality of food is great. Had the BEC and also the Avocado toast (one of the best I tried). Free WiFi and a small table outside for your coffee al fresco on a sunny day in Naples.
Defenitelly a place to visit while in beautiful Naples FL.

Was in the area, and in the mood for a quick breakfast sandwich, and what better than a breakfast burrito? 😋 having passed Winfield a million times I gave it a shot. Ordered online, it was ready in 10 minutes during the breakfast rush, which was awesome. The burrito was huge! It contained 2 lovely and light scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, avocado, black beans, bacon, home fries and pepper jack cheese. You can tell everything was fresh. The burrito was crispy and lightly toasted. I added some salsa and this was very very good! I'll be back!

Super excited to try a new coffee location until we opened our sandwich (twice) to see mold on the bread. Addressed it discreetly the 1st time to not make a scene, was told it was flour. They made a new one & it was the same, flour isn’t fuzzy nor black. (Seen in the photos)
How the issue was handled was uncalled for. Taking accountability instead of getting defensive to the issue wouldn’t have resulted in the review but since it was handled rudely, we feel that other customers should be made aware.

Would rather come here over than huge chain coffee places any day. Super fresh and fun/creative flavors for coffees + the classics. My favorite spot ☕️ Valeria was so sweet. Even made us an extra coffee because she heard us saying we wanted to try the flavor!!! Love it here.

All I can say is WOW! Easily one of the new best coffee shops in Naples! I ordered an iced peanut butter mocha (which was, ahem, lowkey life-changing😂) and did the Make Your Own everything bagel with smoked salmon, veggie cream cheese, onion, + tomato which was also quite delicious! The service was friendly and the music in the background had a chill, indie feel to it. There's plenty of seating with tables which makes it a perfect place to get some work done (yes, they have outlets!) or even work on some sort of small creative project. Equal parts artsy and classy, this is a coffee shop you'll want to add to your list of places to visit in Naples! It's a little bit tucked away (in that plaza near Einstein Bagels), which makes it feel even cozier and emphasizes its "hidden gem" feel. Check it out, for sure!
