I moved in next to this place and I have never been so humiliated and bullied in my life. I SUFFER FROM PTSD, and Clinical depression from the death of my newborn last year. I started gardening and got into my home next to this place. They have accused me of stealing a sign and then a bike. I did not steal anything from them, they called the cops on me because I had a bike that looked similar, it wasn't their bike, they throw trash in my yard, they called the city on my chickens, threaten to put my dogs head on a stick, call me horrible names and bully me constantly. I have done nothing to these people. All I want to do is grow my veggies and collect eggs and they are doing everything to make me miserable, I don't know what to do,they even fired an employee because he was nice to me. They call my landlord but I have video evidence and will be going to the news I guess,I really enjoyed the music. And liveliness the place brought at first but these are disgusting people ,not Christian by any means and persecutors of the brethren. Love thy neighbor, I seriously can't take it anymore

Friday night we visited the Vero Beach, American Legion for the first time. Pleasantly surprised, people were very friendly, bar very busy, drinks were good and reasonably priced. Entertainment was a great group called FunFest, great music. Too bad we didn’t know in advance, we missed their steak dinner that was served. Will most definitely visit again. Only complaint is the dance floor is too small to allow many on the dance floor. Other then that is was a fun night with good people

Bartender and another couple were friendly. Went there for food and drinks on a Sunday. No food on Sundays! Locals are typical at some local legions. You get the grumpy older gentleman, who seem to be soured by everything. Anything new is BAD! Bartender is the only reason this wasn’t a two star. She was awesome. Other posts around the country are so warm and welcoming. Not so much with the Sunday grump bunch at this place. Oh well another down, thousands of more to go!

Auxillary food was great! Vets are welcoming. People appear to be happy to BE there, not just to drink. Older live musicians were FUN!

Wonderful Place. Represents Veterans and respect for the flag. Very passionate about supporting veterans, wives of veterans, and children who lost a service member. Visits veterans in the hospital, maintains an Honor Guard for military funerals. Great people, great food, great service.

We always have a good experience at the Legion. It is private and smoking is allowed. Therefore it can be on the smoky side most days. One pool table generally always in use. Wednesday night is Karaoke with Bones. Fun Fun Fun! Drinks are inexpensive.
