I am in the process of renovating my Master Bathroom. The most difficult part has been picking the stone/tile for the shower. I was completely stressed until I walked in to the Roca showroom. Monica had a few ideas prepared for me which happened to be exactly what I what looking for……except with a “designer” touch! I highly recommend Roca and Monica for her expertise!

This might be a little late, we've been using Monica in your sales office in Miami for a long time. we had the best service and selections ideas that any sale person can offer. Hours are inaccurate. Claim to be open until 5pm, but only if you’re going to the showroom, not if you’re trying to pick up product you that’s already purchased. Lost an entire weekend of work on my home thanks to their inability to conduct business in a professional manner.

Staff is rude, unhelpful, and barely able to communicate in any language.

Had I already not paid for these tiles and can’t afford to further delay work as Roca has already pushed back my timeline, I would be returning these. Sickens me that this company got a single cent from me.

The best selection, service, and prices you're going to find in town.

Carmen went out of her way on her day off to meet us there and help us with our remodeling.

Their selection is unbeatable and the showroom is exquisite.

This is the only place you need to go for tile.

Great selection and showroom. The showroom displays allow you to view how the tiles look when installed. Often, people see a single tile and miss-out on seeing the entire display which can be much different then just viewing on single tile. Do your self a favor and stop by this showroom to see the various options and displays.
