If I could leave a negative review I would. This place fixed my sapphire that came out of my wedding ring in December. They said it was a loose bracket and they tightened them and said it was good to go. A month and a half later the same sapphire falls out again. We go back to see if they warranty it and the guy tells me I cant warranty that what if it got caught in your clothes. I couldn’t even warranty it if it was a day. That is ridiculous and I would go anywhere else that has some sort of warranty. This place is over priced for the half done work they do. Their lies of saying they fixed my ring is now gonna cost me even more to fix. DONT GO HERE!
