Went in about 45 minutes before closing. My wife liked a specific lamp they didn’t have on display but they pulled one out from the stock room. We bought it and installed it the same day. The main reason for the 5-star review was our in-store experience and the quality of the light fixture. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Everyone we had an interaction with was friendly, professional, and courteous. The light fixture itself was a floor model but was in perfect condition. They even packed all the globes separately and in bubble wrap. The entire experience was amazing. We definitely would recommend shopping here. The picture is of the light fixture after installation. It’s the Hayes Linear Chandelier (45") in Light Bronze.

The staff is great. Store is nice. So why 3 stars? Multi month delay for a delivery. If you’re in a rush you’re better off buying something from TJ maxx, (granted it will probably have some type of damage, but nothing a marker and some tape cant fix)

Beautiful store and products. Aaron Abrahams, one of the employees is to be commended for going above and beyond in store as well as following up when our furniture order was terribly delayed with no support from the delivery numbers to West Elm. He took additional steps to try and rectify the situation and followed up beyond what most employees would do. He was understanding about our frustrations with the multiple hurdles and lack of information from the warehouse and delivery teams. Kudos to Aaron for showing true customer service and professionalism with a kind and helpful hand.

We bought a beautifully refinished home and really needed some guidance on how to furnish it. My mom had a great experience with their complimentary design service in another state (although my sister didn't). But I like WE and I have some of their furniture. So, I scheduled an in-home design consultation (through a time consuming and less than professional process). Then, after finally getting something on the schedule, the designer failed to attend the scheduled consultation. Then she stopped responding to emails. Today, I hired a normal interior designer as this service is pretty worthless. I also feel like my time was really wasted answering the designer's questions via email and waiting around at home for her to show up.

Buyers beware. This store does not take items for return even though the order did not say it was final sale. They will feed you something that you have to place an order from a computer and not from mobile to see that items were on sale.

This store is selling products for outdoor with very pour quality, I tryed to get a refund and they refused bcs I trew out this coffee table damaged to the garbage. I not recommend buy nothing from them.

The furniture orders do have a reasonable delivery time especially when you order in store, it's a very pleasant experience, they have a great staff there. Lots of unique home decor and tableware as well as dinning, bedroom and outdoor furniture and planters. If it's not in the store they can order the item online for me and have it shipped to me or to the store for pickup.
I even found some good finds in there SALE section.
Definitely going back again!

(Nov 2024) Went back and saw new Beautiful and different furniature (indoor & outdoor), even in the bedding, accent pillows and throws, table top place settings (glasses dishes, barware, servers)for my home.
I even saw holiday accessories too.

The store and furniture is great but good luck having anything delivered to you within a year. The delivery services are terrible: I ordered the vanity and the vanity base was received but the counter top was broken. Now I have been waiting several months for my top to come in. Hopefully it is not delivered broken again.
