I realized that Presidente Supermarkets quality is based upon the location, this one here has not Deli so a hot meal cooked from scratch is a no!. Cashiers talking among them and after I waited for the opportunity to ask for something...they didn't know so a time wasted with a poor customer service.

The only market in the United States where you have to leave your bag at the entrance. It looks like a market in Cuba. I don't understand and I don't even know if it's legal. Are they responsible if it gets lost? And don't even talk about customer service, they don't know what that is.

At 70 years of age and after 35 years in USA being a formal citizen, I was humiliated today at Presidente Supermarket. I have a broken right arm and was carrying my stuff in a small backpack. I was chased by a young lady who said she was the acting manager because I had to leave my purse in customer service because people steal from the supermarket. Really? I did not do it because if I am not to trust, why should I trust the customer service personel. When leaving I had to open my bag for them to review.
Shame on you, put cameras, study psychology, train the workers but don't do this to old folks . This is not the America we all know.

Today I'm editing my review...One star because they have a lot of security cameras to prevent loss but the camera can't see the cashiers working extremely slow with the supervisor looking everything and saying nothing

The fruits selection is fresh and have decent price but the meats selection looks like out to date and is expensive based in the meat quality. The supermarket need to be updated. The AC windows over the cashiers is dirty, I told to the cashier and she see me like I was speaking some Marcian lenguage.

Always smells and looks dirty...like, what's going on with the cleaning crew at this place, if there is one? Only thing decent is the prices if you can handle the smell of dry blood and rotten produce. Still prices have been going up lately without any change in quality, so let's see how longer the customers can handle it. I would rather go to Sedanos, unless my wallet is really thin on a given month.
