I love the Cleveland clinic. They already made a difference in my heart health. The place is clean. There were greeters at the front lobby eager to help you find your way. Outstanding emergency room attention! Doctors nurses and staff in general are extremely professional, I have no words to thank them enough for helping me during my emergency with such great care from all of the team . Doctor Joseph was a perfectionist taking care of my knee injury. Admission was fast and easy .

So far so good. I’ve been through a few different hospitals before coming to Cleveland Clinic and I’ve never been to a hospital where all the departments work so fluidly together and each appointment I’ve had thus far I am in and out before my appointment time had even started! I hope I don’t jinx it with this five star review, but so far they are above and beyond all the other places I’ve been to. If my heart surgery goes this smoothly, I will be greatly pleased and forever thankful!!!

My experience with the Outpatient Department at Cleveland Clinic at Weston was Great! Yesterday, I had my second Colonoscopy done at the above location. It was beyond a doubt one of the most efficient and customer satisfaction experience I have ever had. From the check in- to discharge, it was just done with outstanding professionalism and kindness.

All of the above personnel involved in my procedure helped me relax, kept me informed every minute, and provided VIP service. I was very very pleased.

1st time in Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital was October 2024 after my husband had a biopsy +blood test confirmed unfortunately that he had cancer.We meet Dr Alberto Pierotti, Surgeon specialist that with his kindness, knowledge and compassion explained to my husband all his questions. Yesterday after 4 months of preparation my husband had a surgery that lasted 4 hours and was a success. I just want to say thank you so much to everyone that helped and that make us feel so special. Terrible, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing in this company. The estimating department does not review your insurance benefits, and as the doctor you see may be covered, it does not mean the other support personnel or building is covered. I wasted my time seeing a doctor who not only was not on my bill but could not perform any service. Useless. For a simple test that should have cost me $15, they wanted to charge me $1400, for example. Wasted three months and had to start over and have eight calls contesting bills with doctors I never saw. Find another resource for your healthcare.

They were quick to get back with me, so that was good. They were confused about my insurance (even though I showed them where I was specifically covered and answered their questions) and they made me wait on the line for 20 minutes. I had to hang up, as I don't have time during the day to wait for that long for something simple. I figured they would get back with me via their portal (they didn't, even when I followed up on the portal). I offered to self pay as well and they seemed confused. I'll find help elsewhere.

I went for a doctor visit to see a GI doctor. When I called I was assured it was a regular doctor visit and that I would only be responsible for a visit co-pay if I have one. I confirmed with my insurance, and went for my scheduled doctor appointment.

After my visit, my insurance tells me it was put as an "outpatient hospital visit" and not as an office visit. I was responsible to pay everything out of pocket towards my deductibles...

Facility was clean and looked like a good fit for me. Doctor was knowledgeable and seemed to be a great fit for me... Unfortunately I won't be returning due to their un-ethical billing practices and have cancelled my follow up visit, as well as numerous tests.

Doesn't seem like honesty is high on the values list here. Beware!
