Owner extremely rude. Claims customer service is lying. Avoid this place, they don't even honor promos by their own company! Have had good service with Metro, but will have to go to another store. I wouldn't give this guy the pleasure of my business. He threw this across the counter and said "I should read better English"!

I got the N30 on Monday night probably less than an hour before the store was closing. I was also a customer transfer from a different cell carrier. Moe provided me with the absolute best customer service. He said this is about you the customer! Thanks for welcoming me to the Metro by T-Mobile Moe.

I've been dealing with this metro store for about 10 months. They are the rudest people (epically the male) I believe I've ever spoken with. Gets a smart attitude just because I asked a simple question about a replacement phone. In my opinion this place is just horrible.

I am a metro customer and liked the service so much I talked my parents to switching. I spoke to a nice agent at the muscle shoals store who gave me amd my dad the details and what he would have to pay. They drove over an hour to the store to switch, only to be told something totally different and spoken to really rudely, so I call up there and was hung up on while explaining what I was told. I call back up there 10 minutes layer and talk to someone else who told me something different than the lady manager who was so rude to me and my parents. When i told him how rude she was, she came on the line and wanted to know if I had a problem and said I'll hang up on you again I'm not afraid to hang up on customers and you can't tell me what to do.

I will be making a formal complaint to the home office and want this lady fired, she does not belong in customer service. I would recommend never doing business with the muscle shoals office.
