I have been a loyal Publix customer for over 20 years, and I’ve always been impressed with the friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately, my experience today left me heartbroken. Deirdre B. at checkout was incredibly rude and uninformative. Her tone and demeanor made me feel unwelcome, and when I had a question, she was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping.

Publix has always been my go-to store because of its great customer service, but today’s interaction was far from what I’ve come to expect. I hope this isn’t a reflection of a new standard of service, as I’ve always appreciated the kind and professional staff in the past.

This store has friendly, helpful employees and the store is clean. Thats where the pros end.

This store is huge. That used to be a good thing.
Now this is so big you have to ask where items are located. It’s a disappointment when you finally get where you need to be and the items aren’t stocked.

The deli and hot foods sections clean up and close very early.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time? 8 pm on a Thursday.

The biggest issue with this location is the pricing. It’s ultra premium pricing. One item I wanted to buy was $8.29. The same item next door was $5.99.

Lastly, this store has a low walkability score. There is a nice shopping village right across the street. There isn’t a safe or easy way to walk to this Publix. This may not be the store’s fault but they are definitely losing business because of it.

Luckily, for residents in there area, there are many other choices, including delivery, all of which are cheaper.

Summary : great employees, clean store. The store is massive and many of the everyday items are out of stock. Extremely expensive.

Hopefully with the corporate offices nearby they can correct the issues here.

I had a good experience at this Publix. The variety of products available was impressive, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I also appreciated how well-organized the store was, making my shopping trip efficient. Overall, I would recommend this supermarket for a straightforward and pleasant shopping experience.

The staff in the store is so awesome and the staff in the pharmacy is super awesome. But the deli needs a little work I've bought chicken on 2 separate occasions and had feathers on them also they don't seem to have good fruit I actually stoped buying fruit from this Publix. But other than that I have no complaints. Update today is June 12 2024 and I went into this Publix again and went to get a chicken breast I'll post the pictures of the feathers on the wings.

Hosting a party or just a night of dinner for whatever the reason, you can get 12 Chicken Tenders from the Deli for about $24, but expect $9 for 3 Ready to Eat. Now pair this With Mash Potatoes and Corn and Gravy and Bam You OutDid 🍗 KFC! THAT WAS DINNER TONIGHT. ❤️ Thank You Crystal my Love, that was Delicious 😋

Always enjoy shopping at Publix, always have good products, and get prices. You got to love the sweet tea and the sub sandwiches. They need some of these in Texas

Staff is always friendly. If they are out of something they offer to find it or order it. I love the wide variety and sales.
