I’ve consistently had issues with online orders at this Publix, and unfortunately, it’s been frustrating enough to share my experience. My orders are frequently incorrect or severely delayed—sometimes by over 30 minutes. On multiple occasions, items were added that I didn’t request, like mayo, and once I received a sandwich with just bread and no ingredients at all.

While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, these repeated mistakes feel like they stem from issues with the online ordering system or order preparation process rather than individual employees. I’d recommend reviewing the system to ensure better accuracy and timeliness.

I love shopping at Publix in general, but this particular location needs improvement when it comes to fulfilling online orders.

Came back a different time and the order was completely incorrect.

Service to the customer is always great at publix. I don't like the way they treat their employees, however. Specifically, keeping almost everyone part-time so that they don't have to offer any of the benefits that they publicize everywhere..

My husband and I came down from West Virginia to see my daughter. I’m originally from Florida. Needed a cake for my daughter’s baby shower last minute and you guys didn’t disappoint. The cake was so cute and perfect in every way.

I was in Publix 1212 today and I want a box of all dark meat fried chicken. Publix is done for the customer service. Shoot me an issue right so I ask for it. They look at me like a deer in headlights. I know the guy goes in the back comes back. He says the manager says we don’t have none and I’m staring at eight boxes sitting in a hot table now they can take two boxes and make them all dark, but they can tell me oh, you have to wait. 45 minutes. We have to cook it. Excuse me you can’t turn make a box out of the ones that already in the hot case he said no I’ll be 45 minutes. I know it’ll take 45 minutes to cook chicken. 35 so they blow me off and snubbed me. They lie to me at the same time . Attention, John Magoo this was your deli manager.
