Have been coming here for many years, and I must say Mariano’s is really convenient to have nearby. They have practically all of my grocery needs. When you walk in, you see a nice variety of fruits and vegetables displayed. Also, the self-checkout is simple and fast.

I used to love Marianos but over the last several months it seems to have gone downhill as far as rotating their stock out for meat, vegetables, dairy and eggs. Additionally they are out of stock of things quite often. At first I thought it was a supply chain issue, but other near by grocery stores do not have the same issue.
The employees are super nice, which is why I gave it a higher review. But the grocery quality I would give it a 3/2 stars. I sure do hope they improve soon.

Third time I have bought a RAW rotisserie chicken. I drive back to return it during rush hour traffic and they offer me even return. Ridiculous! I mention this and they give me extra $5. I am done shopping at Mariano’s for good!

If there were a 0 star review I would give this location that zero star review. Baqer, the manager/bartender was nowhere to be seen until I asked two employees about the lack of presence of the bartender. He comes by eventually and my girlfriend asks for the 90+ Froze, one their specialty drinks. A froze is a frozen rose` btw. The beverage freezer machine isn't set up and Baqer doesn't seem to be concerned about anything at this point. My lady explains that we have seen a few people come up to the bar and leave a few minutes later when they notice no one is there to serve them. The piano player is hammering away, though. Baqer says he only gets about one person per hour walking up to the bar. That, however is not our experience here or at the Glenview location. He seems dismissive about our concerns and inattentive to the messy bar on either side of us. He runs my card, sure to get the money for the company without any further hint of concern for our wait or the bar's lack of preparation to provide a service or product advertised in a professional or timely manner. So, Mariano's- here is your review. Here is your feedback. Next, my lady and I will debate on if we shop here one final time since we are here anyway or go elsewhere and be done with you altogether. Btw, this is not the first time we have had to track down an employee for a beer while we make our shopping list. Guess who us always and eventually there to unapologetically serve us... His name us Baqer.
