I'm a complete beginner and was visiting Perdido Key. I stopped in and Clint was incredibly helpful with advice. Lost Key had the few things that I needed - and explained what I didn't need. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping in.

What a great fishing shop! Saw this place online and had good reviews so I decided to stop by. The gentleman at the front was so nice, great to chat with. Gave us some great advice and fly selection, which paid huge dividends within a few hours with me landing a very nice redfish with a fly he had specifically recommended. Great selection of flies, clothes, and gear. Also, just as a plus, my son asked the gentleman if they had any redfish stickers for sale. The gentleman searched but was not able to find one. After we paid for our stuff, we were about to leave, but he told us to wait. He headed to the back and a few minutes later came back with an awesome redfish sticker for my son to add to his collection. Not sure how he did it, but thanks so much! Made a huge impression on me, but even bigger on my young fisherman. This service and focus on customer care is what sets these guys apart.

Not your typical bait and tackle store. I was surprised by how clean the store was and the amount of apparel they had for sale. From kayaks to tackle to bait to surf and sun apparel they had it all.

Super helpful fishing store. Has the best selection of fly gear in the area. The owners are super helpful and great people. Their brand of rods/reels/gear are great for the price. They honored a manufacturer defect with one of their bait caster reels and gave me a new one. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I moved away but will be back when I visit.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I take pride in supporting local businesses, but this one is one of my favorites. They are friendly, knowledgable, and have a great selection of gear despite the modest size of their building. Super clean on the inside and always there to help. My wife and I love to buy from Lost key Outdoors and have purchased two kayaks (plus a ton of gear), fishing rods and reels, tackle, bait, clothing, shoes, and much more. Highly recommend this store!
