Nice door, good price . We got one today Unfortunately it will be our last time in. Granted we got there about 20 minutes before closing, walked straight to what we wanted, then commenced to look for help for 10 minutes and then got smarted off to by an employee as did other shoppers trying to buy things about how we needed to hurry because they were about to close and when another customer said we couldn’t find help he told us we should have gotten there earlier. We’ll gladly pay more for friendlier service somewhere else

I recently visited this store for my house’s project I needed supplies and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I had everything I needed. They even helped me load my supplies into my truck. The quality of the products was excellent, and the prices were better than any stores I can find. I highly recommend BMO to anyone looking for building supplies such as doors, windows, trim, moulding, vanity or kitchen cabinets. It's clear they care about their customers and their community.

My wife and I went to BMO looking for 2-bathroom vanities and sink tops. We found what we liked but my wife wanted to take in some tiles to see how it would match. She loved what she saw and bought the two tops. After paying for them, they went back to get them but came back out and said they only had one in a box and the other did not have a backsplash. They told her they would knock $150 off and she could buy the backsplash or similar somewhere else. She did not realize that the backsplash usually only comes with the top. We went back today to buy the vanities, and I asked if they were getting any more of the tops in. They said no, but they did have a lighter shade in stock with the backsplashes. I asked if we could buy the lighter shade and return the other two. They said no and it says on the receipt, "No Returns, No Exchanges". They also said they had a sign saying the backsplash was not available. My wife and I never saw a sign and when she went back with her girlfriend, neither of them saw a sign. I think what they are saying is bull. No one saw a sign and why did they wait until after she bought them before telling her there was no backsplash. If that was the case, they should have told her ahead of time. I feel they were being deceptive and that they took advantage of her. Needless to say, we did not buy the vanities. I won't deal with companies like that.
Just a follow-up
I believe I have found what the issue was. When my wife and I, and later my wife and her girlfriend, looked at the sink top, we looked at Santa Cecilia LITE. That was what was printed on the original order. The cashier rang up for the Santa Cecila DARK. Of course, there was no sign above the Lite, as they had plenty in stock, with the backsplash. The invoices they gave us supports this. We were not aware that there was a lite and a dark. What we were looking at and wanted was the lite. Therefore, the error lies with them and not us. Whether this was intentional or not, I do not know. Since I have already offered to exchange the dark for the lite and they have refused, I am proceeded with a complaint with the BBB. They sold us the wrong tops and are not willing to correct their error.

We like BMO. Just keep going back, and you'll find what you need. Selections are based on what vendors bring in.
We just finished trimming out our house for far less then retail, and higher quality. Bought by the bundle vs per foot at retail stores. (And they know how to stack product)

First off they false advertise, the price that they put on the sign isn't what they actually charge. Secondly, they advertised having a back splash and side splash for the countertop but didn't actually have it in 3cm material, instead they had the 2cm version and still charged the same amount for less material. All throughout this interaction they were unpleasant and were not helpful at all. On top of that, at checkout they applied a 12.5% "buyers premium" which is complete bs. Overall a very poor experience and greatly disappointing on BMO's end

I was impressed by the pricing and quality of products. I checked the price and quality at others store like Lowe's and Home Depot but BMO is the best. They have everything i need for my new house. Huge selections of name brand kitchens, carpet, etc. Staff very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

I love this place, it has very affordable prices. They have all type of doors, exterior interior they have windows kitchen cabinets they even have flooring everything at a great price. Customer service is awesome people there are great.
