My wife called Meeks Plumbing in Vero Beach on Sunday after 5:00 pm and they came out to fix our main water line on the side of our house after the plastic pipe broke. They showed up within less than 30 minutes and within less than an hour they fixed the problem and replaced it with a new piece. Highly recommend Meeks Plumbing! Our technicians name was Eric and he was amazing! Extremely helpful and great at explaining things. We have another issue with another pipe and will be contacting Meeks again to have them come out and replace that as well. 10/10 service! Thank you!

So glad we called Meeks. First Matt came out to diagnose the problem. Thorough, professional and on time!

Then we had Alex come out to install the new water heater. Efficient, professional and friendly!

And there is more! Eric came out to check on us and helped us to understand the water heater settings after the install.

To top it off, a fair price for work well done.

We highly recommend Meeks and will use them going forward for all our plumbing needs.

Called Meeks to help us install a new water heater after ours died and leaked all over the garage. Their price was very reasonable, Keaton showed up the same day and installed our new water heater correctly and efficiently, checking before he left to make sure everything worked properly. He was very considerate and took the time to explain how the new shut off valves and gauges worked.

If you’re having work done at the house, try to make sure things are tidy so whoever shows up to help you can get in and out easily! It makes their job easier and also saves you time on the repair. We pulled everything away from the water heater as best we could, and our install was done soooo much faster than we expected. It makes a huge difference if you need something done quickly. Thank you Meeks!

Meeks saved the day! We called today about a leaking water heater at about 12:45 and the dispatcher said they would have someone out between 1-5. He came at about 2:30 and was gone by 4:00. The dispatchers (we spoke to two) we so friendly and helpful and excellent representatives of the company. Keaton came remove the old and install the new water heater and he was a standup dude. Meeks, you've hired some awesome staff who, in addition to your very reasonable prices, made a returning customer who will call you first for any plumbing related issues in the future! The other companies we called wouldn’t give us even a rough estimate but Meeks did, and they even beat their quoted price!

I was VERY impressed with Meeks every step of the way. Months ago, we had an issue with our guest room toilet. It stopped flushing, and was causing a major inconvenience for any guests we had. I called Meeks to come check it out, and they revealed to us that we had a pretty bad pipe with severe root invasion. They did a great job clearing up the pipe to make it temporarily functional for the guests we had at the time, but we needed a re-pipe.

We chose to go with Meeks for the re-pipe job, and was SO GLAD we did! Dillon and Joe came out to do the job, and they were amazing. They were very clear every step of the way, helping me understand the process and what it was they were doing. They even went the extra mile to ensure that our bathroom would be in good shape for family we soon will have coming in to visit. I was blown away by their expertise, their care, and by how personable they were. Meeks (and Dillon and Joe in particular) left me feeling very valued as a customer. The price was very reasonable as well. I'll never consider another choice when it comes to my plumbing needs. I'm very grateful that we went with Meeks! It's a great feeling to have a bathroom that is back in excellent, working order!

SAVE YOUR $!!!!! I called Meeks out in Vero for a septic pump after having a plumber out making sure there were no clogs or broken pipes in my home and not only do I think they didn’t pump my tank (because I checked my tank not even 8 days later and not only was my tank completely full and only 2 people live in the home) but I did not hear any running pumps while they were here. The worker put down bad drain field on the work order and the ground was saturated…He lied!!!… Not only is the ground not saturated (not wet at all) but the grass is dying and there is NO ODOR!!!! I called Meeks back and they sent another worker which was very rude and insulting.. he “NEW FOR A FACT” it was pumped.this guy has NEVER been to my house before so how does he know 100%? I am a women and feel like this company not only got over on me BUT never even tried to make things right. I asked the guy if he could please pump it out “again” since they were back out and he wanted to charge me for a full price of a pump out again. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I am very disappointed and upset and feel they just wanted me to pay for a new drain field which they quoted me $11.5 to start. I am still without a answer. I have a plumber coming back out to clean the filter which Meeks told my husband that we didn’t have in our tank. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would NOT RECOMMEND MEEKS!! SAVE YOUR $ AND CALL SOMEONE WHO CARES!!!!

Booked Meeks for a job. We’ve used them before. This time, they waited until they were late and then called us and canceled. Rescheduled us for the following day and then never showed up. When we called, they had no apology and no explanation. Just asked for the address and said “OK”. Pretty bad way to treat existing clients. We’ll never use them again.

Meeks was late past their 4 hour window.So I called the office and they said we were the next stop , but they never showed up on a friday afternoon. We were forced to do the turn water on.Turn water off routine for the entire weekend before securing reliable service on monday morning. Meeks did call Monday morning to apologize, But I had already secured another company.
