This is a really cute boutique. Lots of cute gifts local items. I found the people friendly enough. My only complaint is I go there every year for my Christmas cards. I love Florida themed Christmas cards and they're very expensive here but I never minded paying a little extra. This year I put them back and bought something different I'm not spending $40 for a box of 16 cards omg! It took me awhile to find some wrapping paper for under $12 a roll but I found it and they have the cutest cards!

Overstuffed Firetrap. Cheapy Trinket & Tchotchke Shop. Lots of mismarked & old inventory. If you can put up with being closely hovered over and annoyed by their cloying & droll salesperson, who will make you feel like you are a candidate for America’s Most Wanted…then shop here. The staff is curt, and the owner is rude & unpleasant at her best… There's plenty of other places to find what they carry, without the “South Tampa Markup”, the less than pleasant atmosphere and the poor attitudes of everyone who works there.

Unorganized and cluttered store with outdated items. Pricing on the same products is inconsistent (I found 3 different prices on the same candle) - so beware. The man working there is snippy, and they will try to suck you into their inflexible return policy.

Beware there is a small frame at checkout to notify guests that they don’t accept returns, it’s covered by trinkets so you have to look to find it. I think the policy these days should be full return especially if what you sold a guest was damaged. The gift I bought had a chip in it and was not something I would be proud to give as a gift, and brought it back only to be told I could exchange it and or receive store credit. The credit slip I received was only valid for 2 months. It should be at least 6 months. Please remove items from your floor that are damaged, especially when your return policy is so awful. The person at the check out was not understanding and sassy with my frustration of not being able to return damaged merchandise. So many other great small businesses in South Tampa that are much more flexible.

Had some cute, unique decor and what not. But wow the man working was VERY NOT-friendly. The woman working there seemed nice. Hit him, I heard him be rude/sassy to every customer in the store. I would not have made my purchase except I specifically heard him say it was not his store he just works there
