Owner is extremely rude. We are avid estate shoppers. I will never go to any of her estate sales again. A few years ago, my daughter and I were at one of her sales. I was looking at jewelry, not priced. Picking out what I wanted to get a price. She scooped everything back into the container. Snatched an item from my daughters hand. No explanation, no sale! It
Was unbelievable, and extremely embarrassing.

Main older lady is extremely RUDE. she Overprices things on the last hours she doesnt give deals. Don't expect them to sell all your stuff she doesn't know how to bring down prices and lets customers walk away on last day. She gives Horrible customer service. Tried to gaslight and manipulate. Used car salesman tactics. The other ladies are nice.
They charge buyers more than the local antique store. They take 60% and leave you with 40%.
Ridicuous. They hire Noone fit to help move things and complain. They act very immature at the end of the day worried more about going home than doing the job and getting those last buyers which are usually lined up at the end perfect opportunity for deals.
Don't bother with these people.. they'll just take most your money.
We have multiple antique malls in town with hundreds of antique collectible dealers Go talk to them . They'll buy you out. Sell the rest in a garage sale. Less stress. You can see what things are worth on ebay.

Following passing of my father, we selected Southern Trading Company in Melbourne, FL to conduct an estate sale. The company's owner (Nancy) was great to work with. She was obviously very knowledgable of how to organize then conduct estate sales. Her crew was phenomenal - hard working, focused, very courteous - they organized all the items so ease review and selection by the crowds drawn to the sale - by another excellent service of the Southern Trading Company. They collected numerous photos of the items for sale on easily searched web sites to draw in perspective customers. The crew knew how to present the items, then ran the sale professionally.
From start to finish Southern Trading did an outstanding estate sale handling all aspects fairly, professionally, and effectively while keeping my sister and I informed with spot on advice and everything covered to conduct the sale.

I love this store. I am a regular shopper and have had excellent times with friends here. The store's people are helpful, courteous and professional. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule, opening the doors for me even when the store is closed. (No, I am not friends with the owners or have any personal connections with this store at all.) I also like that they will work with the prices with you, lowering sometimes below half the sticker price. I think any one who loves antiques would like to shop here.

I love going to Nancy's Estate Sales, so much that I have used Nancy to handle a couple of estates that I have inherited of my own. She priced everything so the items would move fast and efficiently as we were under a tight schedule. Not only did she do all the wonderful pricing, she even found homes for furniture and other items my family didn't want. She donated the various items to women's shelter, Habitat for Humanity and other charities that are in need. Thank you so much, Nancy! I will definitely keep coming to your sales as you and your staff are a pleasure to deal with. Also, my home sold that same weekend as her staff left my place impeccable!

Bought an interesting small piece of history today which was aged and tattered but interesting nonetheless. The woman writing up my ticket charged me five times what was reasonable and grilled me about it and gave me bad looks at check out. Your employees need to just shut up and deal. I don’t need your personal opinion on something. I do these estate sales every single weekend and I’ve never been treated the way y’all did me today.

Nancy is extremely rude, condescending, acts bigotedly (is that a word? Lol) & has the temper of a toddler.

She got upset at me for still standing there ..after i had paid.. for JEWELry... that was in a bag- IN FRONT OF HER. SHE DID NOT HAND ME SAID BAG. So, what's a reasonable person suppose to do? Stand there & wait, right?

As I did, but then she berated me for not leaving! I told her it was because I'm waiting for the items I paid for!! She huffed, puffed & threw it at me across the table she was sitting at. She also yelled at my then, 4 y.o for picking up costume jewelry. I allowed him 3 items, so how is he to choose- if he can't dig thru the mess of the tables that it was on? I was watching the whole time &never once did he do anything to warrant that reaction. He chose a cool Naruto metal! headband, sea beans necklace & gave up on the 3rd cuz she was sO mean&rude!! How this female is the one that runs tings is insane to me. She's an awful representation of what this company does for the community.

ALL the other ladies I've ever talked to were wonderful. Even the man at the checkout during estate sales is great. I appreciate them all. But Nancy is ultimately what ruins this company's rapport. Very disappointing & she actually deters ppl from staying when she's present. Please practice some more consideration, etiquette, professionalism & kindness, Nancy.

This company literally saved my life. Had a hoarders house with 40 years of stuff collected in it. Nancy was enthusiastic about all of it. I interviewed 2 other companies before I meant her. She sold 4 times want the other companies told me I'd get and she gave me a bigger cut than anyone else offered. Her large crew came in and pulled this all together in days. Never thought it would happen. Really nice people. They didn't even treat like I was nuts. That means I lot when your in trouble.
