The few stores are good but could stand for a lot more stores. A Christmas Tree shop like they have in Altamonte Springs would go over awesome here especially so close to the Villages. Some fun kids activities happen.

Had dinner at the N. E Seafood Shack.
Very good and very fresh. The baked seafood platter had a piece of cod, 5 scallops, 2 stuffed shrimp, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and drawn butter all for $23.99. The Connecticut lobster roll was always excellent. Just lobster and butter on a nice split top roll, not the typical lobster salad type sandwich.
Shop has 7 tables and a bar you can sit at inside and some tables outside.

Always busy need more parking for handcp and thoes who are not in need for these spot stop parking there.Need to look where u are walking stop and let the car get out don't walk when they are backing up Publix will still be there for u.

It's a decent strip mall with stores that most will use so all in all its decent! With all the fast-food restaurants being added it would be a good idea to add a light across from Truist so folks can make a left safety!
