I had a lovely time at Adora Inn! I needed a place to stay last minute & was immediately welcomed. The hosts were very friendly and thoughtful, which you could see reflected in every part of the inn — the art/decor was beautiful, and I loved the music and ambiance of the common area. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to everything in the charming downtown. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and there was obviously a lot of care put into every detail, down to how it was served on the front porch. Thank you, John & Arthur, for your hospitality -- I highly recommend staying here!

We had never been to Mt.Dora and decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday with a weekend getaway there. From the fabulous bed and breakfast, the walkable downtown area to the gorgeous weather (bonus) we couldn’t have had a better experience. |The Adorable Adora Inn made the trip extra special! |The hosts Arthur and John and their two beautiful dogs made us feel very much at home. Quiet and beautifully decorated with Arthur’s paintings and our spacious room (olive room) and amazing homemade with love breakfast each morning, superb! |The Inn is located close to the community center and the downtown area. Easily walkable. Arthur and John gave us excellent food and drink recommendations which we took and were not disappointed. So many places to find good food and drinks. |We did take an hour pontoon boat ride on the lake as well as visiting many shops in the downtown area. |We met several interesting and friendly people who were also staying at the Inn. Another bonus 😊 |You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Adora Inn while visiting Mt. Dora.

We had a lovely stay at the Adora Inn in Mount Dora. John and Arthur are wonderful hosts and they did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We had a well-appointed room with a king size bed and a nice bath. The room was very quiet and comfortable. John gave us some good advice on restaurants in town which we used to our advantage. We had some cocktails near the water and experienced a beautiful sunset. Then we headed to 1921 Mount Dora for an amazing dinner. Breakfast the next morning was nothing short of sensational. They had a large pot of coffee waiting for us in the morning. We had a wonderful blueberry pandowdy with cinnamon apples, chicken sausage, and a nice bowl of Greek yogurt with marinated cherries and granola. Everything was very delicious. We will definitely be back to stay at the Adora Inn.

My husband and I had a lovely quick weekend getaway to Mount Dora and were very happy we chose the Adora Inn. John and Arthur were very kind with great dining recommendations and the whole house had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was so good and freshly made - a real treat to wake up to! The location truly cannot be beat if you are wanting to enjoy the downtown scene - steps away from the shops but still enough away to never be loud. We will gladly book another stay in the future!

The food was absolutely phenomenal—every meal felt like a special treat. We were blown away by the flavors and the attention to detail in the presentation.

Another highlight was the location. Being so close to the downtown area made it easy to explore Mount Dora’s shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Adora Inn is truly a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Adora Inn for one night. The place was very accommodating as our plans were very last minute. Place and service is impeccable. Breakfast was beyond delicious. Very pleasant and friendly owners. We recommend this place to everyone looking for an ultimate bed and breakfast experience in downtown Mt. Dora as it is in walking distance to a lot of fine dining and shopping area.

In the heart of charming and fun Mount Dora, the Adora Inn is a perfect stay! Giving the Inn a 5 on hospitality, comfort, location, and the breakfast! Our hosts were attentive and engaging - their B&Bis spotless …their pets “ador”able ….a great experience all around!
