Arrive early many times before appt. Got door immediately and was worked in between other loads. Lost star due to no bathroom or vending. Everyone friendly and professional. Huge lot, easy docking. Check-in and out at gate now, seal in trailer. There's overnight parking if you clear it with yard dogs.

Came an hour before my appointment and after 4hrs I still haven't even started to get loaded, I still have the green light, gave me a door about 2hrs after I check-in and for what to sit across from the staging area to keep waiting? Unreal. OTR trucking is ridiculous.

Glad I was able to experience this place because now I know if I ever see it on the load board again to avoid at all cost no money in the world is worth the level of time wasted. My experience in two words would be inhumane and inconsiderate, Thankyou but No Thankyou , appointment was at 1pm I arrived at noon got in dock at 7pm and at 9pm I pulled up and closed my door with no load because at that point I figured my patients was tested to its finest point and time was wasted to the fullest

Update. Now they rebuilt the guard check to do the check in process and is way better than before. Just need the T-number and they will give you a door right away. In and out in about 2 hours or less.

Great place to visit if you are doing drop/hook. If live load/unload, be prepared for a 3+ hour break, maybe even a full day. Nobody here to contact to find out what's going on.

I would give negative stars if I could....arrived at 0530 for 6am appointment.....bumped dock at 1030....it's now 1700 and they still haven't started loading me yet.... absolutely ridiculous....the guard was nice, the yard jockeys are nice, but that doesn't help with a day lost....grrr

1 star is more than this place deserves, arrived 415 appointment at 5.!! It's now 10 and still no door,other trucks show after me and gets a door, when I asked about it,was told they have delivery appointment so they get priority !! WTH !!! This place is a nightmare !!!

My appt was Sunday at 1400 I checked on Saturday at 5:32 got a dock and 7:28 I was out of the dock! I read all the bad reviews but it was the opposite way for me! I guess it depends on the day the shift all that
