We have visited a lot of estate sales, but the V Patton is definitely the best of them. The owners are very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Items are nicely organized, priced fair and at the same time attractive which assures that they will sell quickly. It is always a pleasurable and fun experience. Highly recommended!

Beware of this auction house. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran who waited till Sunday the last day of the auction where everything was fill a bag for five dollars I filled 17 bags and they tried to charge me $175 when I questioned them, they disrespected me, insulted me, and became very aggressive with me. when I asked Phil why his wife acted like that he said we’re trying to make money too. Then, when I said I won’t overpay, they started demanding that I put everything back on the shelves where I found it well obviously I stormed out of there and I strongly suggest you be careful because they act nice but they over charge for everything.

This company had an estate sale today. They put signs in front of the house that did not allow parking in front of or on the property in question. Instead they forced all buyers to park in the neighbors yards in front of their driveways, and trash cans. No trash was picked up on most of the street. Kinda Inconsiderate.

Always amazing and professional! And always Fair Pricing! So unsure who the guy is that wrote a rude comment...obviously out of touch with reality. Val nor Phil would ever be aggressive to anyone so that would be a blant lie that this individual came up with! V Pattin Estate sales Rock!

My mother recently had to move in with us on short notice and we needed to get her house ready to sell. As We live tthree hours north of my Mom's house we were not sure how we were going to be able to do this. Her Realtor recommended V Patton Estate Sale Options to sell her many things. From the moment we contacted Val Patton we felt like we would be able to get it done. Val and her husband took care of everything separating, arranging, displaying, and photographing all of the items, then advertising and conducting the Estate Sale. When it was over they donated or removed the unsold items and cleaned the house. Bottom line, because of their expertise and professionalism we did better than expected. The whole experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
