The staff, product and pricing are phenomenal, I'm always greeted by name with a smiling face and the staff always make sure im taken care of. Some people and some of the process could be faster but over all, I can't complain....
For anyone new to trulieve, it's always best to order express!

I would like to take a minute to thank you for the opportunity of your staff's hard work ethic and great customer service. I've been coming to this location in zephyrhills since they opened the doors and everytime I do I'm always welcomed with kindness, respect and everyone working very hard. I love the drive thru and occasionally go inside......its just a great atmosphere to be in. I've had one issue before but has been resolved immediately and we are all human. I would like to recognize the manager Joseph who has gone Above and Beyond multiple times for me and he is a great asset to your company. He has the best attitude ever, even under pressure, he makes sure the job gets done by putting the customer first and he is quite intellectual. You have a great leader for this store and I will continue to come back. I would also like to recognize Matt which is another employee that has great customer service, the willingness to learn, very knowledgeable, respectful, and hard working. The rest of the all the staff has positive attitudes and everyone works very hard at this location and should not go unnoticed. Thank you for the most wonderful experience at your zephyrhills location has to offer, I'm definitely 100 percent satisfied.

Amazing experience The general manager Joe is awesome and so pure he deserves a higher position maybe a general manger of multiple stores because I seen some other stores have bad general manager. Crappy employees. They do not care. I have had 2 bad experiences now out of 2 visits.

I just now went thru all of the 1 and 2 star reviews. You should really read them. This place is a horror show. Not enough staff is a common complaint. I will not buy from here when my discounts expire.

Today, I placed an order before walking into the store signed in as pick up and once I got back to the counter was told it was not a pickup and I needed to tell them because she had to fill my order and had people waiting in the lobby with bags already filled and told me it was not a pickup, even though I ordered online. She said that should have change my order to be helped in the line.Even tho i walked in before the people in the lobby. Felt as if filling, my order was an inconvenience to her.

They understaff on purpose according to the employee who was working there. One of them to serve the walk ins and one person for drive thru. The waiting line was insane. It’s always a crazy wait in there because they under staff but today was extra bad so I went down the road and went to MUV and got served super quick. If you’re reading this I suggest you save time and just go to MUV or somewhere else that you won’t have to wait 30-45min.

I had to come in later than normally due to my work. You have to be there before 830pm when they lock the door and be out of there before 9pm. I get that. makes sense. but when I show up at 8:12pm and am told I probably wont get served bc the people ahead of me and how busy they are...(7 people in and lobby). and they turn away people by 823, not 830, I don't think it's right. if they take over 30 mins to serves 7 people i think they arnt efficient at their job. but it turns out they flew through us and it all seemed to just be the guy being lazy and not wanting to work anymore than he could get away with. 5 people turned away for absolute no reason before 830. check your staff here Turlieve. also they served me dead last even though there were 2 others after me walk ins. go figure I was the one to say something earlier:)
