I'm a new Suncrest Homes owner since November of 2023. From start to finish I was completely impressed by the professionalism of Donnie and his team. I had been living in Maine while my home was being built, and Donnie stepped up and took care of my every wish while keeping me informed to him being accessible whenever I had a question or concern.

From picking out my home I desired, to his experience in layouts of the lanai, to excluding a slider that I would have never used, to replacing it with three windows in my home. He was on site when my home was delivered to oversee any issues the crew might of had. And the home 'boxes' were leveled, secured to the ground(cat3 rated), to being sealed up before any rains. I was really impressed how quick it came together in one day.

Once I moved into my new home, Donnie was attentive to all the issues(mostly minor) that needed to be completed on my punch list. At once point I had a pressure valve leak from my water heater under the home. When I reached out to him with the issue, while he was on vacation, he sent is crew up to fix it within 45 minutes of my call. And his crew was great!

I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my friends or family, or his team. He's excellent at what he does, and will always be upfront in honest. Right down to the basic price for your home and all the options that are available for it. And will also give you the dollar amounts for each option, which other sellers of manufactured homes will not. Which I found out by shopping other sales people.

Be assured Donnie will be upfront and honest from start to finish and making sure you get everything you desire in your new home. And he will also suggest things you would have never thought of when designing it.

I'm loving my new home, and I know you would too! Thanks again Donnie!

Then we found out we had to put a Modular Home on our land. Donnie knew exactly what we needed during the entire process. The price was more than fair. We call this our Forever Home. It came out Absolutely Beautiful!

We did a lot of research on mobile home manufacturers and retailers and chose Donnie at Suncrest Homes. We are extremely happy with that decision! Donnie delivered ahead of schedule our Jacobsen Home. His subcontractor for the “exterior” package did a phenomenal job and again ahead of schedule! My neighbors in this tight golf community commented about how top notch the workmanship is on this construction site. We are extremely pleased and thankful for Donnie and his crew making our Florida dream home come true.
