I had an excellent stay at this location! James and Katie were fantastic—both were so welcoming and attentive. I loved my room; it was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with great service and quality. I also appreciated the military discount.||I can’t wait to return soon! We made a last minute booking hoping for the a clean comfortable safe place to spend the night. This place met those expectations. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. Location was close to places to eat, gas, shopping. Most things in area were new. The breakfast was minimal. Heat things in microwave, but we found many choices for nice breakfast just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Hotel in the area. The front desk are so helpful and friendly. I've seen them all help each other and enjoy their work. They have the best breakfast . For a continental breakfast they so many options. Normally it just bread at other places. I do enjoy the everything bagels and the bacon. I made myself a sandwich. We will be returning and I'll bring my family to this place. It has everything in walking distance.

The Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows as well . I have no complaints about the room, I was there by way of Fema. I am very happy with Microtell, my stay was from November 21st through March 25th 2025. So I had been there for a long stay and I must saying have nothing negative on iny of the workers, the maids was always polite and helpful and so friendly. The maintenance man Roberto was always so helpful and always was on the spot with inything I needed. The people behind the counter i just can't say enough about them. They always was friendly and so helpful, even with things that had nothing to do with my stay.Crystal, James, and every one of them always made me feel like I was the only one . But they always was busy but always made time to help me. Even the new ones just starting was very friendly and helpful, Vanessa is new but what an addiction. She is talented and sincere and was very helpful. I give my stay a 5 in every area. I would tell anybody to go to Microtell.

Great staff clean rooms great value conveniently located. I inadvertently booked a room without a coffee pot but the manager and staff help me get one. Very accommodating. Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable, looking forward to return visit.

Let me start with you get what you pay for. My biggest issue was the room wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and on our bed. Which means the sheets were not clean. The hallway carpet was disgusting, and the floors in our room have probably never been moped. Anyways the breakfast was the best thing about our stay, mini donuts,cereal, bagels,coffee,juice. That was all amazing, but I was grossed out with how dirty things were.

We arrived on the 8 and stayed for 6 days 5 nights .our room was clean well stocked and cozy. The people were really nice and warm making you want to stay there. Breakfasts were easy and also good plenty to go around | The day that we went to yhe Beach and got burnt James the gentleman that works the 3 to 11 shift helped us out with aloe |
