9am check in for 10am appt to unload empty water bottles it 430pm and just got a door probably be another 2-3 hours on the door. Facilities should be held accountable for holding a truck hostage all day detention isn’t enough for a days lost. Will be noted as do not return.

Not to shabby, got a door right away only took them about 45 min to unload trailer. Drivers/ employee lounge has vending, restrooms and free bottled water. DONT FORGET YOUR REFLECTIVE VEST!! when outside your rig, they make you go back for it. Also don't expect to get worked in for early delivery, tried and failed had to come back as scheduled next morning.

Pick up load w 53 dry van, enter via Chancy Rd to Copeland Dr/20th north only ( local truck restrictions) Hi Vis vest required. go thru unmanned gard shack, follow arrows, park & check in at S&R OFFICE, get assigned a dock, tandems back & DC air line. Once loaded, park in same lot as check in, take/show seal to get bills. Total time apx. 3 1/2 hrs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Easy in and out. They are usually pretty busy but they do a good job to get you in and out. Live loads average 2 hours but the 4 or 5 hour load outs a rare. And if they have doors they will get you out in a little over an hour. MUST HAVE high visibility best. Shift change at 5 AM and 5PM and that will add 30 to 45 mins to your time.

The actual delivery of water is fine and our driver was great, but their customer service is horrible and there have been constant price increases for the bottles of water and the delivery. I've been trying to cancel the service and return the water cooler for weeks. You can't get anyone on the phone and the customer service email takes a week to respond and when they do, it is clear that they haven't read your request/complaint.

Quick 30min in and out. Friendly. Fast. They accepted us 2 hours past appointment time. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because there is no one at the security gate where you check in. Instructions should be posted not to stop and wait here.

Terrible service! I am a residential customer since 2015, and every single delivery, for the past 4 mos. I have to fight on the phone to get it deliver; maybe they are more customer friendly with their business customers, since they buy in bulk it is most cost effective for the company. I'm tired of their incompetence.
