Greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. I was referred here by my sons orthopedic surgeon and this Pill Box location did not disappoint! The gentleman working were very helpful and knowledgeable about knee braces.

I felt very happy about my experiences with this Pill Box Pharmacy store. My doctor sent my prescription to the store on Tuesday last week. I thought it would take awhile to get it prepared because it was a compounding prescription. Next morning I received a message informing me it was ready. The store staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I look forward to my next visit to the store.

What a pleasant experience! Why would anyone want to go to s CVS or Walgreens when you can visit Pill Box? Here there are no lines, the staff is friendly, faster than any other place I have been to and and prices seems to be comparable. I guess they are closed on Sunday’s but which is the only drawback.

The Weston Pill Box Pharmacy is amazing. I live pretty faraway but Lori makes the trip well worth it. She aims to please. I am always amazed by her follow through.
Also their prices are very reasonable.

I am a recent heart and kidney transplant recipient from the Cleveland clinic in Weston, Florida. With both surgeries I put on a massive amount of fluid. I needed to get compression stockings and I’ve never had any success with them in the past. They’re always so hard to put on and they’re never comfortable and never knew what size to get. A nurse at the Cleveland clinic told me to go to the pillbox pharmacy because they measure you for compression stockings. When I went to the store, Alex helped me not only did he measure me for the compression stockings. He showed me how to put them on, it was simple and so easy! The felt fantastic and I love them. He was professional kind, and very courteous. I would definitely go back to the store for any of my medical needs.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all cost!!! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only is it a headache to deal with them through multiple calls and texts through out the work day just to get a prescription filled. They will confirm a prescription is filled over the phone with you and let you know it on its way then send you several texts to call them back and when you do there is always a problem or something that needs to be fixed again. Why didn't we figure this out when I was on the phone the 1st time? I shouldn't have to call 3-4 times to get it resolved.

More importantly they have a extremely bad attitude that puts blame on the customer for voicing their concerns. The main issued came to be when I was preparing for a 2 week vacation where I wouldn't have my medication (that I need to take daily to function for my mental health) -- I spoke with them several times (a week before the trip as well) and they assured me that I would receive my medication through several phone calls and texts. Both last night and today, I was even told and confirmed my medication would be sent out and all was good. However, at the last minute I was told that I wouldn't be able to receive it because I was traveling and they offered zero solutions to fix this issue.

I voiced my concern to the pharmacist that I was frustrated by the constant back and forth and the pharmacist thought the best course of action was to cancel my prescriptions all together leaving me in a bind. They were rude and unprofessional and did not offer to hear my concerns as a customer and the bind they put me in. After we hung up, I called the manager of the store to try to resolve it and receive apology. Nope all he wanted to do was give me a earful and tell me I was in the wrong. I'm now leaving on my trip this evening with no way to get my prescription for my mental health and I'm spending my work day trying to call my health care provider to resolve this issue immediately (I'm not even sure If I will be able to get it).

I was blamed and screamed at by both the manager and pharmacist for a mental health concern.

Now I'm in a bind without a prescription I use to function on a daily basis. I've never had a business be so rude over the phone as this local pharmacy and I'm stunned that this is the way they do business. Customers should be allowed to voice their issues with the pharmacy without having your business cancelled altogether. They knew my situation but chose to still put my mental health at risk.

REPLY RESPONSE: This was Pill Box Weston and now I'm without my medication and have zero clue how I will get it on vacation. Literally putting my mental health at jeopardy....Unforgivable.

Purchased a convertible wheelchair /walker 3 years ago and recently had issues with one of the wheels. Took it to Alex to see what could be done since my Mom was flying out the next day. Wow, Alex saved the day!! He replaced the wheel free of charge. I am so thankful because they genuinely care. Great place to shop. Thank you.

I tried to use a small business instead of shopping online but there is no sense of urgency at this location. A worker was asked to take care of me 3 times in 10 minutes but he felt it was more important to chat it up and laugh with a customer and another worker. So I left. Over $100 in sales lost today and future regular purchases.
Why should I waste my time and money at a place that doesn’t recognize that the customer comes first? Back to online ordering for my medical supplies.
