Kitchen service is horrible. I called over the phone to place an order for a sandwich to pick up and they told me I had to do it in person. I show up 10 minutes after for them to tell me they don’t make sandwiches at this time. 6:21pm… never had any issues at other keyfood locations. Won’t be back here.

I will no longer shop at Key Foods in Winter Garden due to a negative experience with an employee named Wendy. She appears to struggle with customer interactions, exhibiting rudeness and seeming disinterest in her work. I have previously reported her behavior to one of the managers Luis Angel, but unfortunately, my concerns were not adequately addressed. They don’t care enough to welcome you back.

Great little deli and bakery area with some delicious eats!! Little gem! Bakery items and Cafe con Leche are excellent choices!! Tge rest of tge supermarket seems clean and organized!

This store claims to be a religious store.

I was checking out when Luis (manager) came over and whispered something in the cashier ear after I paid I look at my receipt I was overcharged for 5 items $3.79 each totaling $18.95 plus tax went to customer service & let them know. LUIS (manager) came to look at my receipt & counted the items against the receipt. & Luis told the cashier to refund me only 4 items. does this man not know how to count. I'm sure he has done this to othere customer. We all work hard for our money.

I experience was horrible. I was at the deli, and there was no communication between the employee and the customer men aggressively started pointing at my head yelling at me screaming I’ve never had this experience as a customer 20 years it was really sad that this happened because I really enjoyed going to the store and this is a family store in. Unfortunately, I’ve never felt this way there was no help from any employees literally I went to the manager. He said he was going to take care of it. The customer aggressively wanted to hit me over a misunderstanding, which I told him that I didn’t have any idea what was going on and no one did nothing. Everybody was just doing their own things, and there was not enough employees at the deli. I can tell you this much it was one Lady and she was as well miscommunication. Nothing at all I couldn’t hear her. I can’t understand her. It was really sad. I went very very unsatisfied customer I can tell you this much that the lack of communication could’ve gotten worse if that gentleman would’ve done something else to me. He pushed his wife away and he wanted to hit me and I told him that in this country we do not hit women , and he was very verbally of views towards me is very sad that this has happened. Nothing was done no approach no nothing.
