I don't shop at Trulieve often and was fortunate enough to have JP helping me today with some menu items I had picked out before walking in. I was blown away with the amount of knowledge and care he demonstrates. He also seems to be in tune with his customers and knew many by name from just the few minutes I spent in the store. I'd like to take a minute to thank the entire staff at the Wesley Chapel location.
Everyone is very professional and kind especially the employees that have been there for a while but they have two employees there that are absolutely at the next level. Aaron and Andrew always somehow remember your name, treat you like a friend and their knowledge of the products is extraordinary. If i'm trying something new or just have questions these two are my go to guys. They will take the time and explain the proper usage of a product. They remember what you like and don't like so they can give you great suggestions which typically is something that i'm going to like that actually helps me.
So that being said,
an extra thank you to those two guys that's a couple great employees they have there.

She made sure I took advantage of all the sales , promotions, and discounts. Perfect execution. Staff is very obnoxious at this store and tends to give the wrong information compared to other dispensaries. The product selection never change here which is such a bore. This location is just a horror show bc I've had better experiences at surrounding locations. This store sucks.

Been going here for a few years after shopping around. This particular trulieve is my go-to dispensary for all my cannabis needs. They have an excellent selection of bud, from whole flower to ground, and an even better selection of different concentrates. Trulieves return policy is unbelievable, if your battery breaks bring it back and get it replaced, if there's anything wrong with your actual cannabis product you can return that regardless if you've opened it and tried it or not as well. They stipulate on the site what you can and can't return but from my experience it's limited to a very few products that have their own warranty regardless.

The manager and staff are wonderful but my goodness waiting 24 minutes to pick up and express order is beyond frustrating. It seems as though Trulieve is stuck in the “clinical” and “doctor” decor and upper management should look into making the place fun and colorful instead it always feels like the drs office. Definitely looking into other dispensaries bc this isn’t worth it tbh
