Absolutely love this location. Prices are always affordable for quality items. They have the best selection of brand name items in good condition compared to other locations. The girls here have amazing customer service. 10/10 location!

If you're trying to sell anything don't waste your time. Absolutely not worth the attempt. Just donate to those who really need it or if you need the money try listing on other sources like FB or Offer Up instead. I understand buying low to sell for a profit but this place is just absolutely insulting.

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your store on Monday 11/04 at approximately 7:50 PM. After spending 20 minutes carefully selecting a dress, I was informed by one of your employees that the registers were closed and that I could not be checked out because they were preparing to close. This occurred well within your advertised store hours, which is both confusing and unacceptable. I drove 30 mins in order to get to the place in order to hear that ?

Closing down registers before the official closing time sends a clear message to your customers: their time and business are not valued. Such behavior reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction and undermines the trust customers place in your brand.

I believe that individuals who are unwilling to fulfill their responsibilities during working hours should reconsider their role in customer-facing positions. This experience was extremely frustrating and has left me questioning whether I will return to your store in the future.

I hope this matter will be addressed promptly to ensure that no other customer has to face such disappointing service.

I don’t know why I bother coming to this store. Some of the employees lack customer service skills. A lot of the times they are standing around chatting and if you ask them a question, they stare at you as if you’re stupid or act annoyed that you interrupted them. One employee in particular named Gabby has been rude on more than one occasion. The most recent was I called to see if they had a particular item and instantly she tells me no without even checking. I had already planned on going to the store but thought I’d call to check then ended up going an hour later for other things only to find they had a few of the items I was inquiring about. Thought that was odd but I chalked it up to maybe she was too busy check at that moment, however she could have asked another employee to check.

I don’t end up getting the item but end up buying something else. As I’m standing in line waiting to be checked out, the customers in front of me leaves, she tells two other customers that they are next and could come get in line to check out before me. I honestly thought it was rude and said “I was next” but was completely ignored. I honestly did not want to make a big deal out of it thinking maybe they were next in the other line however, I did not see anyone else standing in line. If that was the case, then proper communication could have been given as I would have understood. It has been too many little things with the lack of customer service at this place that I honestly don’t plan on coming back. I would rather drive a little further to the Tampa location instead.

READ REVIEWS! before waisting your time. I drove 25 minutes after hearing this is a good kids resale shop. What a joke! I called before hand and asked when they take items. They told me to make sure everything is washed, wrinkle free and put in a sturdy bin. I did just that before leaving. They gave me stuff back thrown in a box and said they do not take items with stains. They must be blind because none of them had stains. Also while I was browsing the store waiting they had MANY items with stains on the shelf that looked like something pulled from a dumpster. Really disappointed.

Not only did they offer me $26 for a huge box of gently used clothes, they gave me stuff back thrown in a box and said they do not take items with stains. They must be blind because none of them had stains. Also while I was browsing the store waiting they had MANY items with stains on the shelf that looked like something pulled from a dumpster. Then I asked if my son could use the restroom and they told me he had to wait because someone was in there. We stood by the bathroom door for 20 minutes waiting only for staff to let someone else in the bathroom that was not even occupied!!! Won't be back and will never recommend.

Unfortunately🥴I can't say I or my wife ever had good experiences shopping in this filthy, grimy, unkept little, crammed store especially in the shoes try-on with bench area. The floors aren't ever cleaned so the grime is thick as found on the bottom of our daughter's bare feet. I needed to scrub with 4 paper towels to get them cleaned so she could stop itching them. They'll do their best to give you close to $0 for your trade-back items even if spotless & the std. excuse is "we can't accept them due to stains that don't exist. I see this franchise going bankrupt even though they probably pay minimum wage or less per hour. They really deserve 0 stars but I feel sorry for the employees who aren't provided with any cleaning supplies or mop. DISGRACE with young children being exposed to unsanitary conditions. Hello Pasco or State of FL Health Dept. - it needs shutting down until they do something!!!!

The bigger items such as strollers and baby swings etc are in much better condition than the one in north Tampa. The only downside is trying to ask for help is impossible as some of the employees are more interested in conversing with each other than helping the customers.
