As a former Army armorer and retired Infantry Officer, I’ve been around firearms and supply rooms long enough to know professionalism when I see it—and The Armories in Winter Garden absolutely delivers. While all three of their stores are excellent, this location stands out as the best.

The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. Their level of care and attention to detail reminds me of the kind of precision and order you'd expect from a well-run military arms room. That’s why I jokingly (but honestly) refer to them as “my supply & arms room.”

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just getting started, you’ll be treated with courtesy and guided with expertise. If you're in Central Florida, this is the go-to spot.

These guys are amazing NO other store in my personal opinion has a better staff when it comes to customer service, knowledge, and patience. They will treat you with respect and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. You will get the best pricing around and they can find anything you are looking for.
Matt, Edison and Andrew will take all the time you need and answer every question you might have and make amazing suggestions based on what you need. don't waste your money or time anywhere else just go there. I have purchased multiple very hard to find firearms from them and always get the best price

Only dealt with them online, but order was fast and efficient. Price was so good I thought it was a mistake. Had to place the order over the phone and Paul was great. Unfortunately, when I got delivery I was missing a piece. I sent them a note and the problem was rectified with a replacement item at my door two days later. Overall excellent experience and I'll be looking to do business with this company again. Highly recommend.

I started by chatting with Robert on line, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I got to the store I was greeted by Max who was also extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Purchased a weapon I had spent weeks looking for but no other dealers had any in stock, the Armory had it hanging on the wall ready to go. Overall very pleased with the service and price and will definitely do business with the Armory again.

About two weeks ago my fiancé and I walked in looking to get our first firearm, and Matt was very helpful and informative from the moment we walked in until I picked up the week after. We let him know what we wanted, and after presenting several options within our budget we chose a previously owned ruger rxm pistol which worked great at the range (my dad, who’s owned dozens of firearms over the years, said he was impressed with it).
