This mall is the embodiment of the phrase “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. When we first saw the outside it looks like an abandoned building. The food court is real small with basically only Jamaican food. Once you get past the food court, the mall definitely has potential. But there is literally no lighting inside. A lot of things are broken and not maintained the windows above the ceiling look terrible. All in all you can see the potential this place has it just needs some TLC. There wasn’t a lot of stores as there is a lot of vacant spaces here. There was about one or two stores that were pretty cool but for kids. I also visited on a weekend which was a Saturday and this place was still barren. You can also tell the workers in the store don’t get a lot of customers. I don’t think I was greeted or spoken to in any of the 10 stores I walked into. If anything I felt like I was bothering them by being inside their store. The only thing I liked was how empty it was because it was peaceful.

The mall is quite different from a typical shopping center. It feels empty, with only a few stores open. There’s a nail salon near the main department store, Dillard's, but it's not very good. Unfortunately, it also tends to have a negative atmosphere regarding issues like racism and treatment of people with disabilities. While the prices at the nail salon are high, it's mostly because there aren’t many other nail places nearby. On a positive note, there are a Haitian and a Jamaican restaurant in the food court, and they both have excellent customer service and delicious food.

The place is dark and dreary. It needs A lot of work. There are thousands of new homes coming soon and you should be ready for that influx of potential customers. The entry doors have issues, the upkeep is lacking. There are quite a few empty spots in the mall that could use some new stores. This place offers some really cost friendly rent rates. I really want to see this place come alive, it has a ton of potential, especially in an expanding area.

Most of stores were not open on Saturday around 12 that is weird for a mall but went to bath and body only 2 stores open in mall at time but it use to be amazing looks run down now

The mall needs to rethink their strategy. The manager here is very argumentative and combative on social media. Whenever you ask a question he doesnt like or doesnt want to go into he puts you down or blocks comments. My family and i will not come back to the mall.

I'm a Truck Driver. I pulled into your mall late Sunday night because I couldn't find parking elsewhere. You have a massive parking lot and I parked in the very back away from where anyone would be. Your security came and woke me up at about 9am Monday morning telling me I could stay. I asked if I can stay for 30 more minutes to finish my split sleeper berth clock. He told me no. So because of him, I can only drive for 3 more hours instead of 8. Since I'm through this area frequently I was planning on stopping and getting food some night in your food court. But because of your security I will not be coming back to spend any money.

I've always liked coming here. Theater, arcade, bowling alley and a bar. Sure some spaces are empty but you dont build a market by not supporting the vendors that are there. Go to the little shops too.
