When we went into the Cypress Gardens Mattress store, we were greeted by Nicole. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was attentative, personable, funny and very knowledgeable. She let us try multiple mattresses multiple times and walked us through the process to the best of her ability even if she had just started with the company a few months ago. She treated us as if we were friends or family and not just a customer. She was also willing to work with us to help us meet our financial needs. If we ever need anything else, we will be sure to see Nicole again!

We just bought a mattress in this store, we were undecided about what mattress brand or type of mattress we needed but Nichole helped us a lot she was patient with us I tried almost all the mattress in the store lol but her service was amazing very cordial and nice person. The manager Nathan also helped us with the numbers to close the deal we ended also getting a base, pillows and mattress cover for a great price! I will recommend to any person to go to this store was a great experience. Can’t wait to get our new mattress
