It was a great experience. James the salesman went above and beyond my expectations, he really made a good impression on me. I bought my Colorado from a dealership in Tampa a year ago, and there's no comparison of the service I got out of James this time. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with James on my purchase of my Equinox that a week later I bring my parents up and thought a chevy Trax for them and made sure I got James as a Salesman. He was great he showed a lot of patience for 83 and 86 year old. James is really top shelf in my book. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Also Mike at the service center was extremely helpful as well.

Service Staff was Great, person doing Recall work on my truck, not so. Damaged paint and didn't say a word. I discovered it before I left .
They say they will take care of it.
The young guys walk around with their heads up their ass. How do you not realize you damaged the paint while removing tail gate lock assembly?

Mike greeted me on time and was very professional. Very attentive to detail and took precise measures to protect the integrity of my car. Took a 360° video of the car before it was entered into the shop for safekeeping. The waiting area is comfortable and has complimentary coffee and drinks available. The work was completed in a timely manner while I waited. The shop bays were open if you feel you need to peek in on your car from a distance to check on the progress. Very friendly and professional atmosphere all the way around! I always recommend to friends and will always have my service done here!
