Not only was my dress filthy when I came to pick it up, but they didn’t offer to clean it and blamed it on me. I dropped my dress off 4 weeks ago and was told it was ready when I called. When I got there my dress had not been altered at all and everyone was dumbfounded about the entire thing. They didn’t offer any discounts or solutions and now I had to run out and buy a last minute dress for my wedding 🙁

This place is the BEST. It has great photographers and stylists. The receptionist is kind and funny. The dresses and suits come in different stlyes, styles you wouldn't believe. Overall, the store is amazing wouldn't go to any other wedding tailor.

After leaving a wedding dress there for a month, to be altered . When I called to finally pick up the dress, I was told that the dress was done along time ago and I should come in and get it. Upon my arrival, I learned that the girls were ready and in the fact that they did not even start on the dress at all. The wedding is on Saturday and The bride now has no wedding dress.
The owners Showed no remorse and they were extremely rude about the whole situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 😭😭😭

I am very shocked and disappointed in the treatment received from Virgile after being recommended by so many people. A wedding dress was dropped off for alterations and aftrr a month no one touched the dress . They also dirtied the dress and blamed us. This company provided no alternatives to fix the situation and i am very very displeased. We never even received an apology terrible terrible service.
