DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered "Magnifying Compact Mirror with 6X Magnification" from the website, only to receive a completely different item that was noticeably scratched up. I believe I received "Janeke Round, Double - Sided Compact Mirror, 3X Magnification, 2 Inch Diameter" instead, which is cheaper than the item that I purchased.

Customer service was disappointing as well. After I placed my order, there weren't any updates on the status for 10 days. No response to emails. I called a total of 13 times, and a man picked up 5 of the 13 times. When I asked about my order, he would dismiss me and say things like, "I'm driving right now so I'll call back later." He never called back though. This happened on multiple occasions. Eventually, my order was shipped, but as you can see from my photos, they didn't send the correct item. It's not even in brand new condition. They also don't allow refund so now I am stuck with it.

We ordered an item in November and we were charged for it but it was never shipped. No response to our emails. We will be disputing the transaction with our credit card company. Poor business practices.
