Check in is smooth and efficient. You then are escorted to an exam room. Within a couple of minutes the MA enters to get info for the doctor. Derrick the Medical Assistant is focused and gets to the point and he possess a great sense of humor.
Dr. Zureikat is by far the best PCP I've ever had. He is down to earth, compassionate and truly listens to what you have to say. He has the unique ability to put one at ease as he answers your questions whether it's a general health question or a serious issue.
²He has referred me to specialists, which by the way, are top Doctors who themselves have immense respect for Dr Zureikat and express that to me.
All in all the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I am very fortunate to have Dr Zureikat and staff as part of my care team.

I was fearful, this was my first time at AdventHealth Hospital Zephyrhills, after being at a San Diego California hospital many times and having many surgeries at the same hospital, I was SO VERY impressed from walking in the entrance at the kindness that was shown my husband and I, from the admitting desk, the pre-op nurses, the OR staff, the recovery room nurse, every single person we came in contact with were kind, caring, supportive and patient, I truly felt like I was being treated so lovingly. I won’t be fearful if I ever have to go back again!

The er staff claims vip care for health care workers is being told to sit in lobby after x-ray. Jessica and another lady bs ed that it’s how we keep people moving. I need the doctor to call an internal medicine doctor to fix my issue because of my insurance I have to be admitted. Because the policy I have works sort of funny. I’m glad they are taking care of me. But they are giving me the run around. Not fixing the issue is a big problem. Like let’s just fix it. Please. And thank you.

Good place to work at! But up until recently last year my daughter worked there for 3years ! Always did good at her job never had issues until recently a year ago they terminated her because of a he said she said complaint from a nurse that was probably racism and always made my daughter feel uncomfortable to work around when she was there. She felt harassed always told her supervisor how she felt but they always only listened to what the nurse had to complain about and not care what my daughter said so the nurse sent emails to HR again lies about my daughters job . When any other day that specific nurse is not around my daughter does not have issues. Up until that nurse started there my daughter never had complaints about her job that specific nurse was wrong for that and harassing my daughter for no reason when my daughter is quite and does her job. HR and management to my daughters department was not right for this and is not fair and is wrong for terminated her for that. I would understand if my daughter did something major and was not doing her job but my daughter does not bother nobody at work she stays to herself and people still find reasons to complain on her. Something needs to be done & fixed the right way or I will probably get my lawyer involved for harassment and poor management for HR also. You guys only see what is told to y’all and don’t really communicate to both parties as in my daughter and the nurse and management to see what is really going on inside that hospital. My daughter sees a lot of things nurses and cnas shouldn’t do on clock but does she complain like they do on her ? No because it’s not her business my daughter does her job and goes home. This was not right & will get solved differently if not fairly.

Every nurse or tech that I came across was professional and cheerful. I loved that they would walk in with a smile and speak to me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful that I absolutely cannot choose just one. I really couldn't have asked for better care.

I haven't had to visit this hospital too many times but the five times I've needed to in the past 30 years you were there. I've never been a patient. Now I have a friend that is having some issues and your team of professionals are doing an amazing job fixing him up! Very caring and dedicated. Sometimes I've seen over crowding there and I wish we had a bigger hospital to accommodate.

My husband had a health event & was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Room at Advent Hospital in Zephyrhills. From the receptionist Suzanne to the staff in the ER, everyone was beyond kind, patient, professional and efficient. Though they had numerous patients, the nurses & doctors answered questions & saw to our every need & answered our questions.Every test was ordered and preformed in a very timely manner.
Even the people in the cafeteria were kind.
The hospital even provided a iPad in his room to review progress of treatment. They gave us literature to make sure we were well informed.

I gave birth at this hospital and I was treated AMAZING! I couldn’t have asked for better hospital staff to help me. They made me feel comfortable and they always made me laugh! I didn’t feel like a patient but I felt like their friend, they were so caring and really went above and beyond!
