I lived at Valencia Gardens for over a year. The neighbors were friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The management was excellent and every maintenance call was addressed asap. (Within 12-24 hours) It’s located where I could walk to get everything I needed. Clothes. Hardware, Groceries Hair and makeup products and pharmacy needs.

I have lived here since 2016 with my wife and now our newborn daughter. I absolutely love it here! The property is always well kept, our courtesy officer Sgt Spencer is on site so it makes me feel very safe living here! We have no complaints, maintenance responses to our work orders in a timely manner. The units are very spacious and maintained!

I Lived there for five years. (C-104)Property was always clean and safe. The last maintenance worker named Rich is the best. Fixed everything when something went wrong. Highly recommended place to live.

Great place to live in, the community is very good and the apartments are in great shape. even in the hot summer you don't have to use the ac because they have very good insulation and you can do with just the ceiling fan. Managment is great, they respond to any problems quickly. Most major stores are with in walking distance and they also have fun events for kids at least once a month.

I live at Valencia gardens for 7 months and I loved everything about living there. Maria Garcia is more than a property manager. She's very sweet, understanding, and will do her very best to help you. maintenance always answer their phones 24/7 and very respectful. I would recommend this place to a single individual or a family . Sincerely Robtresia

The head of renting maria. Is very disrespectful to women and only talks or calls husband or men when it comes to issues. She holds some accountable for the lease terms but others not. She picks and chooses who follows the rules and regulations of the lease. Our AC was broken the day we moved in and has broken 6 times in four months and wasnt fixed in a timly fashion. There has been multiple matience issues. Or fridge took 4 weeks to replace after leaking for weeks all over the floor and as a mother of 2 small kids it was a big saftey hazard. Complains about loitering of residents who stay outside or sit in stairwell to visit. When the actual florida law states you cant loiter at your own residence. She is very unprofessional and disconcerning with residents needs and making sure things are taken care of in a timley fashion.

The playground needs to be pressure washed due to mold and wear and tear as well just upkept properly.

I think valencia gardens could be a great environment and living accommodation for people if the matience and office staff were treating everyone with upmost respect and taking care of needs in the rental agreement. They need to do a clean out of staff and hire more qualified respectful and caring staff.

I wouldnt stay here if the lady maria still works here. Here amd maintenance people keep finding ways to ho inside the apartment and be noisy, and then calling cops saying they smell marijuana in the aparment we stayed in like idk 2 or 3 times? And I told the cops ill talk to maria about it and the cops studdered and told me dont tell her haha. And then neighbors want to complain about my kids being loud...they find all types of ways to get into your hair or business.
Then later I got laid off and couldnt pay apartment amd gave me till the 10th of a month to move out which i moved out the 9th and came back the 10th to check everything else and she made a paper saying I left on the 11th of the month so i won't get no deposit back. I will figure this out with the lawyer. But I wouldnt recommend this place if she there.

it's the most affordable three bedroom apartment you can find around here and they're pretty on top of maintenance, the only thing that sucks is there's no weekend maintenance. So, if anything happens, you kind of got to wait until Monday morning but other than that it's great
