So let me start by saying they have clothes that are very nice and different. It is an actual boutique. This is where it ends. I went to this location because a friend continuously talks about how great it is and shenos always very pretty. If the clothes could talk, I am sure they'd have a lot to say. The customer service in this location is absolutely horrible. It is blatantly obvious who they prefer to shop here as a I have had a few black females enter this location to be all but completely ignored. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really need to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer. It's a sad day when this takes place in 2025....

Love, love, love this store and their other locations! I wish they could just load up everything and drop it all off at our home! The staff are very friendly too! There is a store on Long Island named Cottage in the City. Well moving here in May 2023 this store made me feel so much better and even though its a tad pricey I found bargins like I did at Cottage. I really love the layout, the kind staff and the fact I can walk here is a plus. Thank you and maybe put some coupons out there for the holidays. <3

Unique Neighborhood Boutique! The staff is amazing - always so pleasant and helpful. If you need a gift or just shopping for yourself, this is the place! I walked in looking for a $15 gift and ended up setting my eyes on a fabulous coffee/conversation table. Love Love Everything!

Some of the decor items looked familiar like I'd seen them at Hobby Lobby but they were selling for 3 times the price. The pricing is absurd. There are purposely torn, thin fabric shirts for $50. A regular living room chair for over $1k. Candles, puzzles and stuffed animals for $30!? Y'all crazy. I would shop there if the prices weren't through the roof.

Was at this store recently and despite signs on the doors encouraging masks, not a single employee was wearing one. They were all walking around the store, interacting with customers while not wearing any sort of mask or face covering. This is incredibly frustrating to see especially as COVID cases rise daily, and I hope they do better about protecting customers soon.

I llive in Massachusetts and my family is in the Acworth area. I follow this store on Instagram and love their items. I called up and ordered a few items for my family for Mothers Day, they gift wrapped them and delivered curbside to the car. My Mother, Grandmother and Aunt loved their gifts. Extremely helpful with my purchase online and followed up with a call to help gift wrap the correct gifts for each person. Will definitely buy from again.
