I love jessie july, the shirts are always great and have never had an issue until this order! I placed an order a week ago, and what usually ships in 2 days if that. Never heard from until I had to call and ask almost a week later. The lady said that one of the shirts were out of stock for my size, and they would need to reprint then ship the whole order, which is fine! I just think in the future instead of just overlooking the order and saying when it's reprinted we'll ship, yall could send an email or call and let the person know of the delay, instead of just waiting until they call to find where their order is.

I’m more of an online shopper, but after being a longtime Facebook follower with some spare time I decided to stop by yesterday. Was met by two younger ladies, you could tell they were in the middle of a task but was eager to help. One helped me find what I needed and held my stuff at the counter while me and my 3 year old fashionista walked around. The other young lady helped me checkout.

I just wanted to take a minute to brag on the amazing staff at Jessi July! I had to finish up some last minute Christmas shopping and brought my 3 year old with me. Immediately, he was into everything and running around the store. One of the girls got him a napkin and gave him some candy and when that didn’t keep him entertained they brought a small football out and played catch until I could finish up. I shop here often and always have one if not both of my kids with me. And these girls do this EVERY time. I am just so touched that they go out of their way to interact with my kids so I can finish shopping and actually enjoy the experience without chasing a toddler! Jessica Smith- you, your girls, and your store are such a blessing to this community and to mama’s like me❤️

I went in to this location looking for a very last minute, unexpected shirt that I would need made within a day. Knowing that it would probably take longer for them to make the shirt I wanted I asked if there was any way possible I could get it sooner that two days. The owner said that she could have it ready next day but to my surprise i got a call within a few hours that it was already done!! It made my heart happy. Will go back.

They have really cute clothing but if you can’t acknowledge customers when they walk in or out its rude. I walked in and one girl even looked at me and said nothing. I put the shirts I had down and walked out
