PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been going back-and-forth with this company for several months. I ordered a boat cover late July and received it three weeks later when I was initially told it was going to take a week. Not a big deal however, the boat cover was completely against all measurements I sent out to their upholstery team. after bringing this up with the company they pretty much threw up their hands saying there’s nothing they could do. Back-and-forth with them for multiple Months, trying to get them to do something. After a hard time, climbing up the chain to speak with individuals, they informed me best bet is to send the boat cover back, and their upholstery guy will personally contact me in steps to resolve the mess up. It has now been almost a month since I paid almost $200 to send the boat cover back (On my dime) And everyone refuses to reply back to me. I don’t make reviews like this. It’s not in my character, however As a business owner myself, I have never come across anything like this for customer service. I am now out almost $1500 still don’t have a boat cover and no one replying to me. Save yourself and don’t use this company. I can’t express enough how god awful my experience has been.

Went to buy a boat. Once we got there the boat was not even new. We was told the boat was new. It was used and did not even have a warranty. Salesperson was very shady. I would not recommend buying a boat from this company ever. Patrick Vickers Eufaula, Alabama

We bought a 2024 201QB in Jan 2024 and have been extremely pleased with the camper. The dealership was awesome to work with and I have nothing but positive things to say about them and the LIV camper! Without going into extreme detail, I spent a year looking for a camper that I felt was extremely well built and free from the most common troubles I and others have experienced in the past, water intrusion damage. I found LIV campers and after touring their factory bought one on the spot. I believe these campers are going to change the industry and how camper are built. My old popup was a good camper, but it suffered from water damage, like most every camper out there. Composite campers are CRAZY expensive, well, they used to be! This camper is not only super strong, it's impervious to water intrusion damage and it's light too! Other composite campers are impervious to water intrusion damage, but they are super expensive and very heavy. My 201QB is about the same size as a comparable composite but a quarter the price and half the weight. Go see them, you understand.

We recently purchased a LIV 23 BH from Factory Direct Marine and Rv and had an awesome experience! We were really pleased with the deal we made and the people we got to work with. The whole process went very smoothly, and our camper was ready in the time frame that we expected, and there were no surprises. It was especially nice to bring my trade-in to the dealership close to home  as we were making the trip to Americus to pick up our new camper. I want to give a big shout-out to our sales rep here in Indiana. Thank you for a job well done, Shannon! Also, I want to give a big shout out to the team I worked with in Americus GA,  Danielle, Chad, Riley, Chris, and Tyler, for a job well done! I appreciate the fact that these people did an outstanding job to make sure our experience was awesome. Lastly, we just love our new camper. It is our fourth camper and by far our favorite. We really love this new concept. We feel that this camper will last us many years. It seems really strong and liteweigh, and no more wood to rot. Our trip back home was great. We did not have any issues and had a great time camping. Thanks again for a job well done and an awesome camper!

Has been a terrible experience. We have had the travel trailer for over a month and a half and still do not have the title. We have been given all kind of excuses and run around. We plan to take legal action if the issue is not settled soon. It’s a poorly run company.

We purchased a boat from the Americus location back in 2020 and had a horrible experience. When they called us about trading, we almost didn’t go. I’m so glad we did. Things have changed quite a bit. We received the best service. Very happy with our trade! Tyler and Shaun went above and beyond to make us happy as well as Devin. Devin took us out on the new boat and showed us all we needed to know. We are very confident that the service after the sale will be just as good! Thank you guys for making this trade and purchase of our new boat so easy!

I purchased my RV here a few weeks ago. Very friendly people..easy to work with. Good selection of new and used campers...the process was easy from start to finish. I would recommend shopping here for your next camper.
