Bookstore student staff is ok… however, the ladies that supervise the students are not very knowledgeable and will constantly mis inform you. Every time I went to PBA’s bookstore there was varying answers to the same questions I asked before and during the semester. Basically, we are 3 weeks into the semester and being without books as a chemistry major is crazy. To make matters worse they won’t refund your order for the books you had to purchase outside of the bookstore due to them not being properly stock with inventory for students books. We select course 6 weeks or more before the following semester… why do you wait to order books if attendance for course begins the semester prior… EXTREMELY FLAWED SYSTEM AND STAFF!
