I am extremely happy with the quality, speed and price of my pool repair! William showed up on-time and did a great job. Thank you William. Impressively, these repairs were completed less than 24 hours after I first requested service. It was very nice to get a timely response from a business these days. I'm new to the area and have had a heck of a time finding quality businesses to maintain my home. It's a relief to know I can count on this Pinch A Penny franchise to take care of my pool. I really appreciate the fact owner Nick is most always in the store. It's nice to see a business owner who actually has an interest in his customers. Thanks again for the great service.

I've had them cleaning and maintaining my pool for several years. The price for their service is competitive and whenever anything goes wrong, they're always stocked with an immediate fix. Never waiting for more than a day or two. Julio, who cleans my pool, is one of the most diligent and hard-working vendors I've met since moving to the area and he does really awesome work.

Do you wanna get something done Pinch a Penny in Summerport got it done. I've been dealing with my pool builder to handle some warranty items It was falling on deaf ears I went to Pinch a Penny to inquire with the pool builder and Wala Pool builder was very receptive and willing to follow through, yeah aces for Pinch a Penny.

Have had some staffing issues in the past year, like many companies, however since Roby has been servicing our pool, he has provided excellence, thoughtful and attentive service. Roby helped identify potential pool leak and effectively communicated the situation towards resolution. Roby is great!

Courtney is also pleasant to talk to, and lets us know anything she may see that needs to be adjusted, and she takes care of all of the matters in a proactive manner. My husband and I love the Pinch a Penny at Summerport and have been customers since the beginning of 2019. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and take the time to answer my questions. The owner, Nick, went the extra mile to make sure we understood how to use the pool vacuum we bought from the store. I also love that they help us deal with warranty claims when needed (from the original pool parts that they didn’t even install). They are straight shooters and tell you which parts and chemicals are best for your needs. Overall, a big two thumbs up.
