This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly, and are always accommodating if me and my family have questions or concerns. Yes, the store does smell bad (I see that’s in the comments section), but I’ve found brand new American Eagle, Aeropostale, Abercrombie and Fitch, Converse, and Adidas!

We had amazing luck at Plato's closet when custom designing my son's Mariachi costume! Found the perfect black bolero jacket, puffy white shirt and belt. Once we added the "embroidered" trim, he looked like a real Mariachi! I also found a purple skirt to use under my dress for Ursula bounding outfit.

This place isn’t what it used to be. I go in with baskets of clothes, not only do they take close to none of the items I bring in (which several items I had purchased from plato’s before). ON TOP of wasting time and gas money exchanging clothes they give me $1-$3 per item.. an absolute waste of a visit. If you’re just looking to shop here. Don’t bother, the prices have been so high considering ia “thrift shop”. Plus almost all of the items in there are from shein or fast fashion pieces.

This spot is a mad house and they have a wealth of items available to purchase. If you are selling, I'd recommend a different location because if the amount of inventory they already have, they need very little. I was told the wait would be an hour, I wasn't called back for three hours.

I walked in and immediately 3 girls behind the counter laughed while making direct eye contact with me. I checked in to sell clothes and I brought two full bags of clothes, and I got a “we’re done sorting your items” text, 3 mins later. LOL. At least PRETEND you looked through it. They didn’t take not a single item. Don’t waste your time selling here, don’t even waste your gas money.

I was visiting from New York and decided to drop by. Truly was blown away by this thrift store! They had a lot of on-trend sneakers and clothing pieces and the staff were nice! Definitely will come back again when I'm visiting FL!

Been coming to this location for years either to shop or donate clothing. Its has been some years now. I dropped by today & I'm glad I did. The staff is always kind and very personable. The management has always been wonderful (Especially Sam) and I really enjoy when I get to have a conversation with the ladies at this location. The experience of Platos is unlike any. Clothing selection is always up to par and on-trend. Glad things keep getting better.

Not what it used to be, alot of the clothes here are from shein, don't bring brandname clothes here they won't take them.
