It's been years of senseless shopping... horrible... the products they sell at the Outlet store are two or three years old at the current original prices. People like you pay for something that was launched three years ago... and you can't return it. Remember, you're buying at the Outlet and not at the Millenia mall. You're wasting your money on something that no longer makes sense in terms of fashion. Many of them could be replicas because they're in large volume. Nothing comes from Italy, but from the store's warehouse, which would be the store's dump, and it's bought very cheap and sold at the current, expensive cost. Always. When you buy something from Max Mara, check out the boutique and the prices, I guarantee it will be a better investment. And the service is horrible, prejudiced and racist. You call the manager to make a comment and it's worse than leaving silently. The manager doesn't know how to express or speak English correctly and touches you every minute. horrible... if you're going to go shopping 🛍 it's better to live today and buy the latest fashions from six months ago and not from three years ago.

Blonde woman with mannish looking face followed me around the entire store and STARED at me as I looked around and picked up clothes to look at them. She was staring at my wife and I up and down with her eyes literally right in front of us. Her stance was as if she were a bouncer at a club and just super intimidating. I was definitely racially profiled and she ruined my shopping experience. Yes they’re expensive and they have nice clothes, but I was considering buying something nice for my birthday. I felt so uncomfortable with the way she made me feel. Luckily, I’m a person who’s working on themselves so I didn’t say anything except to have a good day before I walked out. Maybe this is the way the staff is trained and they don’t want people that look like me to wear their brand. Super disgusting.

I walked into this store ready to make a big purchase since I have upcoming work travels. Unfortunately, I was racially profiled and followed around the store with a sales lady who offered no assistance. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. This is first time I was racially profiled in my life. With the vast selection of outlets, I recommend going elsewhere.

Great clothing, great value and the most exceptional customer service of any retail store – outlet or full price – you can find! Genaro Garcia is the jewel of this stores crown. His impeccable taste, capacity to understand flattering cuts, colors and styles, and his attentive care in developing a relationship with all of his clients is top drawer! The outlet is truly a boutique of quality merchandise and current seasons that make the experience worth a visit.

Sunglasses fake fake fake fake fake fake!!!!!!!!!!!! Material is cheap compared to the ones I purchased from Nordstrom. Why are you selling knock off sunglasses? Disgusting.

I am from Chicago, and love Max Mara boutiques;
but coming here   is a real treat, when I am visiting Orlando.  The staff are super nice & professional.
GiGi is my absolute favorite 💕 He is THE Fashion GURU in the entire outlets!!!
In fact, I am surprised he is not called to work in Milan yet...

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Max Mara premium outlet in Orlando Florida, Gigi always goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience absolutely amazing! Maria, Jinky, Elena and Flor also gives me the best customer service. The staff is amazing.
