During our recent vacation in Orlando from Kansas, we had an unforgettable shopping experience at the Marc Jacobs store at the Vineland Premium Outlets. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and Lucas’s enthusiasm and expertise were truly impressive.

I am very disappointed with this store. My husband bought me a purse at the Vineland Premium Outlets and wanted to exchange it for a large one, but since he hadn't bought it, I decided to ask for a refund, but the manager told me that the store's policy was not to refund money and I had to settle with what they had. That gives me the impression that the store has poor quality. How disappointing, I will not buy from that brand again.

This is a store with discounts that are actually meaningful!! The customer service is top notch, Lucas is a gem of a sales associate…knowledgeable, helpful and supremely kind. I’ll be back to buy from him specifically over and over again˙ᵕ˙

Beware! Don't buy anything here as a gift just in case they don't like it. Went to return a gift I bought my wife the day before. Was told all sales are final. I was not told that yesterday. Today I was told it says so on the receipt which I wouldn't get till after I buy something. Poor customer service for the brand. Staff was polite about it.
