BUYER BEWARE!!! No matter what the name is this dealership is the worst to deal with. We wish we would have never purchased, the follow-up is horrible, very misleading, the set up contractor they use is the absolute worst they do more damage than repairs between multiple calls and emails we still have repairs that need done and have reported a sewer gas smell inside the home that if you know anything that is methane gas that can be deadly. I will be reporting to the health department, BBB, HUD and Corporate this is what $190,000.00 cash gets you with this company.

We started looking for a home this summer , this was the 4th lot we visited and was the best experience overall . We were greeted by Michael. We had an idea of what we wanted and he showed us probably 5 or 6 options that fit the criteria. He was great with going over all the details . We went back and fourth between a few homes but ended up going with the Scout by embark . We met with Michael a few times to rego through everything once we decided to purchase. As a first time buyer is was nice to have someone actually explain everything I asked. We are due to close on our home today , so far it has been a great experience and we are excited to receive our home soon .

Purchased over a year ago / sales was like sales very emotional motivated - just to be aware they changed names to remove all over 400 1 start reviews a little over a year ago right after we purchased n please read all info below that’s backed by a fl licensed inspector to prove the issues and the factory is full of …. That it’s fixed -our neighbor same issue as us as same dealer be aware / house got delivered now the ..started and over a year it’s gotten bad / if you don’t want non licensed alcohol smelling irresponsible workers with no experience fixing all the factory production failure do not do a mobile home - it’s always were sending our best guys and they just further the issues all below is refusing to be fixed / our 100 mph rated home came apart in 87 mph winds / windows are not low e windows like stated at sales / insulation upgrade is a lie to make extra sales / where missing windows we paid for / the floor in house is coming more loose /ac ducts leak after the fact / cabenit doors are diff color than boxes / underbelly cut open everywhere for repairs that aren’t fixed properly - refuse to close holes so husband has to climb underneath on crushed rock with a bad back / pipes under baths are starting to leak / ac unit doesn’t have proper circulation so multiple companies have stated in 2 years will need a new unit cause it’s working 2 times than needed / on n on on

I will update my review once our home is finished. As of now, our experience with Regional Homes/Titan Homes deserves only one star.

We have been working with Aaron on our build since March 2024, and we feel our project has been severely neglected and we have been misled. During this time, we have faced significant delays and poor communication. As a result of this negligence, we are now concerned about potential rate increases since we have to request an extension. Initially, we were told our house would be offloaded in September and our build would be completed at the beginning of October. However, as we reach the end of October, we have received no updates from them.

On October 16, 2024, we spoke with Lynda from Champion Homes, who informed us that our home had been offloaded. When I contacted Richie, he provided no updates and implied we should feel fortunate that our home has not yet been completed due to a hurricane that had minimal impact on our area. Since October 16, 2024, we have received no further updates.

I managed to speak with Jacob, who is trying to help us resolve the situation, and we are incredibly grateful for his assistance. His efforts have brought us some relief in this stressful situation. It seems that Richie and Aaron are more focused on placing blame elsewhere for these delays rather than taking responsibility.

We are deeply disappointed with our experience and their lack of professionalism throughout this process. I have reached out to corporate to seek a resolution and ensure that someone is held accountable for this negligence. Despite the challenges, we remain hopeful that a fair resolution can be reached. We chose a modular home for its supposed shorter timeline, but given the length of this process, we could have opted for a traditional build instead.

**I am editing this review one month after my original post. Unfortunately, the home is still not completed, and we are dealing with significant issues related to our construction. We are now approaching the deadline to request a third extension from our mortgage company.**

Got a house 2 yrs ago what a .... show once delivered /remember sales people are emotiinal grabbers they arent the crew that punches house out - theres over 500 fl customers that experienced same circus - all stated below is solid evidence from one of the top private inspector that inspects over 300 hud homes a year so he is seasoned in the hud industry in the state of Florida and his words they need to replace this house / recently we had 76 mlph and pics below will tell you the ratings on these are bs - our ins company is now qs our house / most pics below are from the drunk cutting my belly open everywhere and to fix floor suppprts and he didnt even lag bolt them in there at a angle and he never close up any of it /all the windows teally bad / ac duct leaks air all throughout house / mud coming thru the pipe into house and ruining our closes / a 10 foot wall only jas 3 nails to bottom of trusses in entire house on n on n on /2 yrs later still have over 100k in damage from poor workmanship some is in pic below / thoer by champion boy this sad the biggest company in us / I can go to daily workforce and get better work performsd / they sen 3 diff crews to just make a bigger mess there so stupid / we have messages and recoding of these idiots dogging the factory / there non licensed certified workers they grow up in mountains of goergia and build you a house i would be ashamed / there lawyer is brainless . I'm a commercail contractor and have been using 20$ employees that do way better work and there also not strongly smelling like liquor and pot everyday , if want a link to all the pics over 400 send a email and we will make sure we identify who it is .

*Haven’t bought a house yet*

I just want to say Aaron was amazing today. Me and my fiance are a year out from buying but wanted to see what we would like. Aaron could’ve easily told us to screw off because we weren’t buying but he answered every question and more. Even answered her 17 year old sister’s questions about houses. He was very informative and talked us through the process once we are ready. We fell in love with the Kinlock Falls and are excited to start looking for property next year!
